Heather Hills Farm & Golf Course is a nine-hole course that provides golfers with all the features of a championship course, just on a smaller scale. The holes vary in distance from 80 to 200 yards. Sand bunkers filled with fluffy beach sand are strategically placed beside the greens and a few are situated along some of the fairways. There are also three large ponds that come into play on several holes. Accuracy is a priority on the golf course but it is still gentle enough for beginners to feel comfortable playing a round. More advanced players will appreciate the opportunity to sharpen their short game skills. Heather Hills places a premium on sustainable agricultural initiatives, which the course clearly benefits from as evidenced by the pristine conditions.

A fun family course, something for everyone!
A fair distance from where we live, this trip was worth it. The day we went it was 35+ degrees, very hot indeed. We were greeted at the door by very friendly family owners, and invited to use the facility at our leisure. There were tents outside to enjoy a picnic lunch, or just a cool down. The course was very well maintained, and was fun and challenging. One tee off spot was beside Grandma's house, and she was in her garden working. She took time for a chat while we waited for the group ahead. A few holes up there were Llama's enjoying a shady tree by the water. After 9 holes the staff treated us to a special water feature, a good spray with the garden hose! My husband and I ran through the cold shower like we were kids, the cold water felt so good! We had a great day, and wish we lived closer. We will golf here as ofter as we can.
