Eagle Ridge Golf Club - Links Course
About
Eagle Ridge Golf Club offers three nine-hole courses: the Ridge, the Pines, and the Links. The Pines and the Ridge are the original layout at the club, built over a former sand and gravel quarry. The original designer was asked to create a third nine, the Links, on the adjacent property. The golf course has the same pinelands character that the original layout has but as its name would imply, the layout has a more traditional links-design that offers a different set of challenges from the other two courses. The rolling landscape has many elevation changes formed by a variety of bluffs, cliffs, and ridges. There are also strategically placed bunkers that come into play throughout. In addition to the 27 holes of championship golf, Eagle Ridge also offers a driving range and putting and chipping greens.

Challenging Diversity
Enjoyed the round. Tees, Fairways and Greens were perfect. Rough was high and thick. Layout is a bit strange and the course crisscrossed a few times from back and front. Need to address the rocks on the bunkers.
great course
great course better than a private club.Excellent restaurant on premises
Its not the same
Eagle Ridge has changed from 27 holes to 18. I missed the long ride to the back 9. Typically at the turn I would grab a hot dog and a Bloody Mary for the ride to 10 but 10 is now 14 The old 18th hole, my favorite on the course is no longer 18 its 13. Its unfortunate that the pristine back nine was changed. The course however is in excellent shape - the grounds crew is doing an amazing job. The golf course is not better, its not worse, its just not the same .
Mr BruBru
Course was in Excellent condition. Greens ran true. Ball sat up on the fairway perfectly.
One can only hope and Pray this 18 stays.
It will b a Real Shame for this beautiful picturesque golf course to be torn down for housing.
Great Course
First time playing Eagle Ridge. Great experience. From staff friendliness, to beautiful greens. Definitely recommend playing here.
Not worth $75
I wouldn't recommend playing this course unless they priced it at $50 instead of $75. They are out there taking care of the course I just am not a fan of the back 9 not having any GPS right now. My cart which was on the cart path wouldn't move anymore due to the cart gps thinking i was in a restricted area. I was on the cart path. A call to the pro shop was needed to walk me through getting the cart going again. One day when it's fixed it will be a much more enjoyable course.
Starter, I think his name was Tom was a nice guy, pro shop guys were cordial and the ranger was a really nice guy. Pace of play was good.
Your GPS won't work here
Played this course for $75 booked through Golf Now. I will never go back after playing this course. The GPS on your phone and watch will not work on the 2nd 9. I was on the cart path on 13 and the cart was thinking I was on the green. Needed to call the pro shop and have them get me going. The course is ok. The pro shop workers and starter were very nice. The ranger was also very nice and personable. After playing the round and not wanting my clubs wiped down the guy seemed to get a little angry. I won't ever go back.
Beautiful course
Such a great golf course. It is sad to see it bulldozed to make way for more housing. I will play it as often as possible until it is no more. A real shame to lose such a gem.
New layout
This course was 27 holes, last year became 18 holes. They have now re-routed more than half the holes and included some of the closed 9 (I think). Cart paths can be confusing though the signage was pretty good to the next tee. A few paths to the next hole now cross in front of other tee boxes, can be disconcerting and dangerous for the players on the tee and in the cart. A few holes the fairways were a bit soggy, but all in all in very good condition. Greens were medium speed, rolled well.
What happened
Should have never sold that land… it really ruins the beautiful aesthetic that course use to have. The layout is all wacky now, really sucks to see.
18
The course was in great shape and the people who work there are awesome. Will be back
The problem was golf now
Golf now did not notify that course only had 9 holes open so had to play same 9 twice. Would not have booked under these conditions
Nice course even with the changes
Eagle Ridge has changed a lot over the past year or so. The current 18 holes were in very nice condition for this time of the year. You may need help from the starter to get from 9 green to 10 tee but overall a great day out on the course.
