About
The Church Course at St. Enodoc in southwest England is a real 19th century gem of a links golf course. Built around the St. Enodoc church, the course has many unique features. The "Himalaya" bunker is one of the largest in the United Kingdom and the par-3 15th hole's green sits right behind a paved road, making for some unusual bounces.
The 10th hole finishes at the base of the old church, and other holes play high above the Camel Estuary, offering great views to Padstow.
The golf course's most modern design work was done by James Braid, but the Church Course has been largely unchanged since the 1920s.
St. Enodoc Golf Club is also home to another 18-hole course, the smaller Holywell.
