Great
First time playing and it was fantastic. Made me want to check into being a member.
I missed playing here!
Haven't played this course in quite a few years, glad to see that it hasn't changed a bit, the course was in great shape!.. The cost thru GolfNow was excellent & very affordable... Will most definately play here again.
Great place to spend the day off
Some holes were very challenging. We had a family outing and had a great time. The course was in great condition.
No water
Loved the course amazing conditions, staff was a little rude. After the first few holes we came to the first water station, which day old warm water which tasted like the cooler so I know it wasn't fresh from that morning. Not a big deal I thought until we came across the rest of the water stations throughout play and all were emptied. At the tenth hole I made a call to the office while on the course to address the situation. I was told by the gentleman working what am I supposed to do? I don't have a golf cart kid today, I was thinking tell one of you five guys mowing to put it on hold and refill the jugs. I am probably 60 years younger then there average player from what I saw and would think they would be concerned about there golfers well being on such a HOTT day. I would go back but I'll bring my own water next time. I have never played a course which didn't have water for their paying customers.
Council Bluffs CC
Was a great day to play, when i got there the staff was great, went to the practice putting greens and it was good, ball rolled nice. one of the better greens i played in the Omaha area. I talked to the super about how the course was and he told me the tee boxes were rough because of the winter kill, but the rest of the course was good and he was right. the front 9 was tight. don't use driver, the back is way more wide open. fun course going back tuesday after the holiday.
Easy, straight forward course
This is the old Lakeshore course. Fist time I've played it. Type of course built in the 20's through 50's in NE. Very straight, back and forth holes. Bring a GPS device or laser range finder. Extremely easy course and recommend for outings or those that are learning or knocking off rust. Staff is great!
