Outrageously Disrespectful Owner
Went to hit some balls and the second I walked in the owner was giving me the death stare. Fiercely said I had 20 minutes to hit balls before they closed. I asked him if I could finish my balls if I gave him my bucket while he was finishing closing up. He instantly started yelling at me told me to leave and never come back. He even went around the counter and got in my face. I will never go here again and recommend the same for anyone. No respect whatsoever.
2nd Day off December
For the 2nd day of Winter in Nebraska it was the best time , just wish golf courses in general would leave their ball washers out with Windshield washer fluid in them as not to freeze . This course is well taken care of ..
Newbie
I haven’t folded in quit a few years and had some buddies ask me to play so I did. This is a great course to get some practice in and try to learn the game and have some fun.
Hole in 1 # 5
Love coming to Milts and working on iron play. It’s in a great location and well maintained, I had no leaf balls all day today. Bonus today I got my first hole in one on 5th hole 105 yards. Hit my gap wedge bounced and rolled right into the cup. No witnesses but who cares. Come play milts great place to tune up irons bring the family, kids would like it too it’s not intimidating. Have fun.
Best Bang For Your Buck
For a dollar a hole its a great place to work out your game, on a very nice par three!
BEST PLACE ON EARTH
You know there is nothing special about milts, Unless you been going there for 15 years like I have. It is not a resort. It is a great place to hit balls, Chip or better yet take your kid to learn the game. It is awesome to build those family memories. A place that will last forever in the memories of your family.
It is primarily a driving range with a small par 3 9 hole course.
A laid back course
I played at Milt's in order to work on my short game. This course is comprised of straight forward par 3's. The weather has been very wet as of late so the manager is restricting cart use to only those who require it. I just happened to pair up with a guy who needed one however this course is comfortable to walk if needed.
Considering the green fees equal out to $1 per hole, I had a great experience off the tee and on the green. The fairways were a bit shaggy and swampy at times but it didn't slow me down. Trees are well manicured and don't interfere with play. I didn't see a single trap. The greens were predictable, flat, and fast as they dried.
Overall this course is perfect for working on irons and approaches.
