What is GolfPass?

Where can I find my promotion code?
Your promotion code can be located in your email inbox delivered by Costco.com@memberedelivery.com. It can also be located on Costco's Digital Order Portal (https://www.memberedelivery.com).
How do I redeem my promotion code?
Step 1: After purchasing a GolfPass membership via Costco locate your promo code in your email and keep it available while visiting GolfPass.com/cw2023
Step 2: Select the “REDEEM NOW” button
Step 3: Enter your promo code on the redemption screen when prompted and follow the steps to redeem 1 year of GolfPass+
Will I be charged during the checkout process of this special offer on the GolfPass website?
No, the purchase of this special offer took place on the Costco website and you were given a promotional code which will waive the cost of this membership. There is no payment on the GolfPass website for the initial membership. The GolfPass redemption process will require the entry of a payment method, but that will not be charged until renewal, should you decide to renew.
Does my membership renew? How much will it cost?
Yes. Following the first twelve (12) months, your GolfPass+ membership will automatically renew on a yearly basis and you will be charged the then applicable annual rate for 12 months (currently $99) plus any applicable taxes unless you turn automatic renewal off on your account page before your renewal date.
Will I be notified before my paid GolfPass membership renews?
Yes! All annual memberships get notified via email as early as 30 days ahead of the renewal date. You can conveniently with two clicks make sure ‘Auto-Renew’ is enabled so none of your exclusive benefits are interrupted. To avoid auto-renewal/cancel, go to the Manage Membership page and turn auto-renew off prior to your renewal date.
Can I cancel my GolfPass membership?
To cancel your subscription, go to the Manage Membership page and turn auto-renew off prior to your renewal date. Your cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of your current subscription period and you will continue to have access to your membership until that date (unless otherwise noted).
Refunds: Monthly GolfPass memberships are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Annual GolfPass memberships payments are refundable only under the following circumstances: (1) You cancel your annual GolfPass membership within the first thirty (30) days of purchase; and (2) You have not used any available GolfPass membership benefits following your purchase of the annual GolfPass membership. There will be no refunds or credits for partially used periods, for either monthly or annual GolfPass Memberships.
Can I use my promotion code on a free trial?
No. Promotion codes must be used on a paid membership and any codes used on a free trial will be voided.
