Great value course

Not cheap but still a good value for your money in prime season. Staff was friendly both in the shop and out on the course. They kept things moving. Conditions were very good and I found the layout interesting, especially the back 9 with some elevation changes.

Nice grass range to warm up on. Putting green and greens on the course were in good shape and had good pace.

Best greens (and more) in the Flathead Valley

Fantastic course, with dirrenet layouts... links style for the first thirteen holes, four river bottom/woodsy holes, then another like is hole to finish. Always the best greens (especially the greens, wow), fairways, and bunkers. It's the secret gem of the valley, even though it is the most visible.

MUST PLAY!!! LINKS COURSE IN MONTANA WITHOUT THE OCEAN!!!

Andy North and Roger Packard have delivered on the Links course promise in the mountains of Montana.

Canadian $'s at Par for 2018 season.

Complete Practice Facility!

Out 9 is very true to links, a few holes on the Back 9 look more like Parkland golf because of the existing terrain.

As a Links course you would anticipate this course is a challenging walk. Might want to consider a cart.

Lots of rolling fairways generate some interesting lies.

Greens are in excellent condition and pure.

Fantastic course offering a challenge to Mid and Low Handicappers. Higher handicappers could feel overwhelmed and not the course for beginners.

If you're in this area and don't play Northern Pines you're missing an incredible experience.

Best public course in Flathead Valley

I've been a long time resident and avid golfer in the Flathead Valley. I've played all the courses and this one is my favorite. While increasing in popularity quickly, it is still relatively easy to get on the golf course on shorter notice. The greens are the best in the value and roll with pace and hold their lines. The back nine along the Stillwater River makes adds a lot of character to this quasi links-style golf course. Love this place!
