Good Condition

Course in better shape than the past few years. Pace of play is always slower with AM tee times, afternoons are pretty open and less busy. Holes 7,8 & 9 are one of the hardest 3-holes you play anywhere in Central Ohio in a row, but for the most part it is a fun course to play and above average on testing your skills. $10 hot deal in Golf Now is a great deal. Bunkers need sand, probably best to lay out of them until they have them filled with nice sand.

Not Long but challenging layout

This course is not very long, however your tee shots need to be located on specific locations in order to have a nice shot into the greens. The only thing that keeps this course from getting an Excellent rating is the sand bunkers are terrible.

Very Disappointing

The course was in extremely poor condition...from rough and bumpy fairways to ponds with barely any water in them that contained floating dead fish. We would not recommend this course until they make some drastic changes. We were very disappointed.

Course Still Needs Attention

A year ago the course fell into very poor condition due to a severe illness with the keeper (as I was told by the owner). A year later the fairways are in much better shape. However the greens were terrible on both sides. The tee boxes on the front were pretty good. Those on the back had grass a foot tall that looked like whoever mowed was bored and wanted to be done.

Just disappointed still in the condition of the course. It has the potential to really be a great course - one of the best in the area.

Course need a lot of attention to it, not just the restaurant. Condition of course brings players in, not the restaurant.

The tee boxes were only about half mowed, and most need flattening. If you were 5 to 10 yards off the fairway, with the ball well in play, you spend a great amount of time looking for your ball. The fairways need cut down even further. There is no sand in the traps. You can't even get a quick hot dog at the turn, only golf course in Ohio like this. Tees, greens, and mowed course brings customers out. Take care of these first, then worry about the restaurant. Right now, this course is a dog patch. It's to bad, because this could be a really great place to play, and a good value. The person doing the course super's job, needs to really look at what he is doing, and where he needs to work on.

This is a true test for the advanced golfer.

Course in excellent layout with a good balance of difficult and excellent scoring holes. Greens are in decent shape and will get better later in the spring and summer. However, the no mow areas need attention. For the average golfer these areas will lead to delays in looking for balls. The fairways are not near wide enough even for a good golfer. Finally, the growth of trees over the years has taken away from the original design of being a links style course. This course has great potential with a little planning and care.
