Open and forgiving course
Although the course is tight as far as the greens being close to the tee boxes, the course is very open and forgiving. Few chances of losing balls or having an unavailable shot if you hit a bad shot. Course was in good shape and place of play was great.
Pro was unprofessional
Got there 20 minutes early for tee time and into the clubhouse 15 minutes before tee time. Stood inside and waited for him to come in while chatting with the concession worker. Finally walked in 2 minutes after our tee time and proceeded to lecture us on how we needed to arrive prior to tee time.
@jwest1532 we are sorry to hear you were treated this way upon your arrival. We will remind our staff the importance of being respectful to everyone and their time. We hope you were still able to enjoy your time on the course and will visit again soon.
Good Course When Dry
When this place isn't flooded its a decent track to get a round in. Its wide open for the most part which allows you to find almost any wayward tee shot. Greens are fair and moderate.
nice course
i loved the course. the greens were in great shape. My only two concerns were that I didnt think the holes were marked very good as far as where the next hole was. Also, when we made the turn you couldnt get a hot dog or anything, just a snack. maybe because its late in the season...but i would defintely play again.
Fun course for a beginner
I took my 16 year old newbie son to this course. The layout was simple but good for him, since he’s a high handicap. The greens and fairways were in good shape but the rough was kind of “rough”. I would play there again.
