Springvale Golf Club

I understand there are several variables that go into pace of play as well as overall experience however there were simply too many issues to recommend this course. Several times the rangers drove by and saw multiple backups at the holes and continued driving. We were stuck behind a trio playing like they were trying out for the tour. Often times taking 2-3 tee shots and 3-4 shots in the green, like a mulligan version of scramble. My main issue is we found a set of keys on the golf course and turned them into the front desk person and they responded “did you check their car to see if anything was inside?” And I asked what they meant and he said “you know, anything worth taking.” They actually told me if I wanted to drive around and look for the person then I could otherwise they’re not going to do anything but keep the keys at the counter. For nearly 40 dollars a person you’re better off at big met, little met, thunderbird or even a simulator. I’ll never go back just based on the overall experience with their course.

Other than a slow foursome that moved out of the way for us, wasn’t too bad of a round.

One of the starters is a complete waste of a payroll spot. One guy in our 4 person group which we had a tee time for was taking a bathroom break before going out to get our carts, 3 of us go out and the starter is yelling at us to get going and when we tried to explain we were waiting on a guy to use the restroom the starter screamed " that's too **** bad GOOO".

Three holes that are the toughest I’ve played in a long time…..

Course is not too long, fairways and greens are in nice shape. Good for the average amateur.

Have played here numerous times but 3 things happened today that I have NEVER experienced. First, I had a par on the first 6 holes (shot a 79). Second, the guy I played with had TEN PUTTS on the first 9 holes (total 23 putts for 18 holes) Third, they put us behind a SIXSOME! Thats right....6 golfers ahead of us in a group. I've never heard or even seen a sixsome before. As you can imagine, the pace of play was HORRIBLE! I'll play there again but this was a really bad experience.

Booked a tee time. Showed up 20 minutes before it to warm up. Course was closed with no prior notice. 10/10 super lame.

Tee time was cancelled due to rain. Still give this place 5 stars because it’s a great golf course and the staff is friendly.

excellent course when dry. it did rain, a lot, prior to play. entire course, except for select spots was waterlogged to over an inch run water. dufficult to play under these conditions.
