Kings Mill Golf Club

Ive played here a handful of times over the years. Its a fun layout. The place is under nee management, they immediately upped the price a decent chunk despite the course being more or less the same, for now. It played so slow this last time. I booked 18 and left after 9. Probably wont be back for a while. Seems like current players are paying for the reno. Just didnt get the same friendly vibe as before.

Got out by myself again. Got around in pretty good time. Ended up playing with a guy & his wife the last few holes. Very nice people.

Staff great and course in good shape. Shot an 82 even with a 8 on # 12 hole.

Tee boxes are pretty beat up. Fairways, rough, greens are all in nice shape.

The owner is clearly working hard to change this course overall. Clubhouse improvements, parking lot paved and stripped, swans on all ponds, just to name a few. The course has always been challenging! They are doing the right things very impressed!

I have played this course a dozen times over the past 3 years. Each year the course conditions get better and better from tee to green. The owner is extremely friendly and is really doing a great job with the place.

This is hands down our new go-to course. Challenging layout with narrow driving chutes, elevated tees and the smallest green I’ve ever seen on the first par three (hole 2/3?). However, there were many areas lacking grass. This could be due to rains, but one would think rain would lead to longer grass, not a lack thereof. Many shots from around the green were off of mud which was slightly disappointing, but this course is the most beautiful I’ve played in the Columbus area and I cannot wait to go back. I used all but two clubs in my bag. You can’t say that on most area course. Better greens keeping and maintenance and this course would be a very, very solid five stars.

Course layout wasn’t too bad, some fun holes. Majority of the tee boxes were just dirt and fairways had seen better days. Greens were in pretty good condition. Some holes were backed up 2-3 groups

Very fun and challenging course! Front and back nine play play almost entirely different based on layout, water, tight lies, etc. Staff was so nice and knowledgeable and made us feel welcome and as though we were longtime friends. The famous Waldo Bologna sandwich is second to none and a must have if you play here! Absolutely would recommend this course to anyone that plays!

The course was excellent before, but this Spring has had a thorough cleanup / reconditioning. New additions around the clubhouse as well. Staff, as always, are all friendly & outgoing, genuinely wanting golfers to have a great time. And don't forget the fried bologna sandwiches!
