Do you have good health insurance?
Spent more money in copays than what it cost to play 18. Or 9? Who really knows here. 3rd hole sand trap gave me chlamydia and 6th tee box blessed my buddy with pink eye. Even my clubs needed to be on a full course of antibiotics after playing here.
Disc golf running through the middle of the course was a nice innovative touch though.
Hot trash! It's a 9 hole cow pasture.
9 hole course with tall grass in the fairway. If you play 18, your playing the same 9 twice from different tees. At every hole there is at least two 4somes waiting to tee off. Picture the guy that's in your local dive bar. If he and his friends ran a golf course, it would look like this.
Garbage course with garbage staff
First off I’ll start out by saying I know what this course is, I wasn’t expecting greatness to begin with. But if they are going to have a garbage course, they can at least try not to be the rudest people possible. Employee was older guy with long white beard.
Booked on GolfNow, showed up and said we had a 920 reservation. His immediate response was “we don’t do reservations”. He knows the course is on GolfNow, so yes they do. He could have just simply asked if it was a GolfNow reservation.
After checking in we ordered a bucket of beers, he put them in a bucket and handed them to us without ice. When we asked for ice he said “we don’t have ice”. He then charged us $18 for the bucket of 6. While riding in the cart we noticed an advertisement posted in the cart saying $12.50 for a bucket of beers.
At the turn we asked about the advertisement posted in the golf carts and he said, “you only ordered 4 beers”, which made no sense at all. When he realized he was full of it, he then said, “those are last years prices, we technically aren’t fully open yet”. We then asked for this years prices and he said it was $15 for a bucket, which is still less than the $18 he charged for the first one. He didn’t even offer to refund the over charge or discount the second bucket.
Lastly, we asked for hotdogs, this was at 1130. He said, “it’ll be 10 minutes, they aren’t ready yet”. We waited 10 minutes and went back up. He said again, “it’ll be 10 to 15 minutes, they aren’t up to temperature yet”. Which again made no sense if they were already heating up the first time we asked. At this point we waited for them out of principle.
As for the course, it is what it is. Garage course littered with beer cans.
It’s a course for beginners
This is the perfect course to take someone to learn on, all the comments complaining about pace of play, course conditions, tee boxes, or anything else probably don’t belong here. Wanna take the wife and kids to beat balls down the fairway? Perfect place. Want to learn in a low pressure environment? Perfect place. Want to play on plush; perfectly manicured fairways, precisely mowed second cut with the finest quartz bunkers with perfectly crystal clear blue water creeks and double rolled Bermuda greens for $22? Join a country club, you’ll fit right in with the other people I promise
They weren’t t even open and yet you charged me for it . I want a refund
Greens longer than fairways
Horribly maintained. Greens not cut for days. Fairways not cut in days
9 holes done twice!!
Odd but interesting layout. 2 sets of tee boxes so each hole plays differently front and back.
Staff was super nice and they had an outside vendor doing Sunday brunch. We had Sweet Peas brunch and it was really good food!
Rough riding cart paths and grass was high, but it had just rained. We’ll be back… probably a few times every year from here on!!
Do not go here
The course looks like it wasn’t cut in years. A tee box? Those aren’t a thing here. Forget about bring a putter, the ball will bounce in the air at least 3 times per putt. Best part of the day when I went was when I left after the third hole. Not to mention that it was advertised an 18 hole course, yet it’s 9 holes, where you play from the second non existen tee box on the second run through. I wouldn’t even golf for free there if I had the chance.
Beauty
Love this course! Went with the boys today played a full crisp 18. Shot a measly 78. Beautiful layout, greens are a dream. Easy to find balls. Fairway is easily findable on every hole. Sand traps are nice and soft. Can’t wait to try and become a member here! Staff nice and friendly too. Best golf experience of my life! Let’s go boys!
Would be 0 stars if i could
The worse course i have ever seen left after 6 holes
Garbage
Fairways are rougher than normal courses rough. sand traps nearly cement.
no cart part on half the course.
ONLY 9 HOLES. 2 TEE BOXES PER HOLE.
MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE ANY SORT OF PACE OF PLAY
This is a tough one
First of all every encounter with the staff was great. Nice people. Fourth time playing it and I want to say I was very disappointed. If someone pays full price to golf here I would hate to see that review. The greens were the worst I’ve seen in any season. There long and slowest ever. Don’t go here and expect to putt well. The tee boxes are very sloped, craters, bring the longest tees you own because the tee boxes aren’t cut short. Now why this is tough. First and foremost I never paid more then 23.99 for the course. Always find it on the app. That being said the course layout is nice. There are some challenging holes on this course. Truthfully for a nine course I wouldn’t change much as far as layout. Couple drivable greens but the risk/reward.is tough. Great placement on the bunkers. Unfortunately if they would just bring new sand in they could be playable out of. This course is perfect for using all the clubs in your bag and not trying to score well since the greens are kept below par at best. They should attract the youth to play here and give them their own tee boxes. Would be nice for a parent and child to play. Afterwards I heard about and saw the BBQ they do and it looked great. Nice outside seating area. I’m not a clubhouse manager so I don’t know the investment but this course could have great potential if a few bucks was put into it.
