Course OK- staff spoiled the experience
Had a decent time golfing- brought a foursome- staff was rude to everyone in my party and acted as if we were trespassing. Dont bother going out of your way for this one.
Hyland golf course
Decent layout, long for a public course. Greens where a little banged up. Fairways a little hard. Fun track though for the price.
Very good deal
For the cost, this is a very good and pleasurable round of golf. We travel over 30 miles to play. The food is average and somewhat pricey, but the round is great with true green play. We will be back
Good day of golfing
Good course. Has some challenging holes, calls for good ball placement. Overall a fun day.
Manager is rude
No signs telling you that carts have to be in by 830, so we took our time enjoying the course and friends we haven't seen in awhile. There were only a few people on the course(with that guys attitude I can see why) apparently it is well known that carts have to be off the course by 830, even though the older fella told us as we were making the turn to be in before dark. The manager came out and started complaining that this was "your last hole you've been out here since 4:30. With an attitude, icouldnt believe, so I asked about a rain check for the last 2 holes and that hot more attitude so I gave it back. Apparently everyone knows that carts have to be back by 830
always fun
well maintained & always fun to see & play. have 7/8 holes on the course which would be great holes anywhere. love the 2 long par 3’s (240 yds) from back tees. green’s are always in great shape. well maintained bunkers with good amounts of sand…. a rarity these days. hidden gem….
Excellent Excellent Excellent
The course was in the best shape I ever experienced. My only complaint is a couple of the pin placements didn't seem fair but other than that it was great.
Great hidden treasure
The fairways were plush, uniformly 30 yards wide and mostly straight in front of you with a few hills blocking views of the greens.
You could drive up and see the green, almost always straight ahead.
The fescue rough was thick and 2-3 inches high which provided resistance to iron shots and made fairway woods almost impossiible to hit out of.
Greens were firm and true.
OUTSTANDING VALUE AND NOT CROWDED AT ALL

Had a great day of golf at Hiland today… The course was in great shape and the staff is always friendly!
Good course
In from NC, played a round with family. Its a short course, played from the tips. Not much trouble on the course as its fairly open. Greens rolled nice, friendly staff
