Fort Cherry Golf Club

We arrived early to find that the Tee Times we had booked thru an on-line service somehow were not made and we were stuck without a time. The Pro Shop manager quickly calmed me down and squeezed us in with zero wait when he could have easly sent us away without any hesitation. I truly appreciate this effort which avoided a very embarrassing situation for the other 3 people with me were people I was hoping to impress that day for business reasons. Thank you. Then not long later, I left a club at a hole on the front nine and I let the lady know at the turn and she contacted the pro-shop and not long later the pro shop manager delivered the club to me. A little embarrassed, I said thanks again for his help, offered a tip, which he refused, and went on his way. It was a great day, golf scores aside. The course was in good shape, greens were fast, fairways were lush, it was fun. Good job guys, you're doing it right. ADICE TO GOLFERS: Call the club directly to book times. Don't trust the online services (I won't name them) when you book your times. Once bitten, twice shy.

Course is a nice layout, greens are nice but pace of play is horrible! Foursomes not letting 2somes play thru. Then a single slips in there and because the group ahead doesn’t let him play thru he plays 2-3 balls slowing us further. Called pro shop but no help! So basically it’s a hit or miss on pace of play.

Very slow play - course way overbooked! Course was in excellent shape and staff was excellent!

love the course and worth playing during the week when it is slow. played 2 times on the weekend over the past month. 1 round 6 hours. 2nd round 5-5 1/2. Love the course, but until they fix pace of play, I can't recommend playing there on the weekends. fix it guys.

Always slow but 6 hour rounds are just too much. Won’t be returning anytime soon.

Always like coming here to enjoy the very nice layout and good condition here.

Course was beautiful. The greens were extremely fast and hard to play. Overall it was a great day of golf.

Weather was perfect course was in excellent shape just a few minor green issues.

Had a great round today. It is in better condition than I expected. Jim is super friendly and make you feel welcomed. Greatly appreciated!

Nice course and layout. Very hard and dry fairways. May be due to drought conditions. Nothing in off peak time of year to get food or drinks.

Course was in decent shape considering the drought, but the green left a lot to be desired due to a lot of fungas
