Not a great value
Greens were in bad shape. Cart paths were in poor shape. Several fairways were soggy, apparently due to poor drainage.

Was not worth the greens fee. Tees and greens were not good.
Disappointed with condition of the course. Tee to greens were deplorable. Not worth the travel or the rate.
