Love this track!
You have to play this course if your in the area. Staff is great and the couse is Super!
Greens we're in great shape for this time of year. Rest of the course wasn't well maintained.

The people make the difference, I play at White Plains often and the people and level of service has always exceeded my expectations.
Greens
Some of the best greens around. True and fast
review
Fun course, you may hit the driver 5 times. The key to playing well on this course is keeping the ball in play.
Need gps to follow course layout
Jeff was great at the desk. The course rough caused delays to finding balls that should have been easily seen near the fairway. A closer cutting would suffice. Lots of blind spots. Unclear or confusing directions from some greens to next tee box. If you can pair up with regular players it would be helpful.
Great day of golf
I would highly recommend this as a course for anyone to add to their play list! Our foursome played all day and really enjoyed the uniqueness of the course. There are a mixture of challenging and fairly easy holes. You can tell that the staff takes pride in caring for the course. It was well kept from tee to green. The staff, especially, Jeff Dicey were very accommodating. We ate lunch at the grill and it was excellent. We will definitely have White Plains on our radar for a future golf getaway.
Greens are extremely good
Need new carts , and the rough is to high for average players. But the greens are perfect.
White Plains
White Plains is a good course for golfers at all skill levels. Be careful, OB lines are abundant.
First time play
This was my first time play at this course, I was pleasantly surprise at how well the course was kept... Will play again soon.
GREAT VALUE !
This course will challange you with some really unique holes, The greens are in great condition with the fairways fair. Don't expect a "country club" course but it's a great play!!
Hidden gem
Staff is very friendly and the food is great. Course is pretty nice for the money. My favorite course in Cookeville.
Course was in good condition
Considering the rain, the course drained well. Fairways were in good shape. Some greens were rough in areas but were in fair condition.
White Plains
Course is in some ownership transition so the upkeep is a little sparse. Look forward to new ownership and getting this course back in shape. Still not horrible for the money.
Probably won't play again
Greens and Tee Boxes covered with goose/duck feces, staff great, carts great, clubhouse great. Can't even putt on the greens due to goose poo.
Friendly staff, just a great place to play
Friendly people, course is kept up good, like the scenery and got a great bargain, easily marked
Front nine longer,back nine shorter.Water in play on first 4 holes.
I have been playing this course since 1988. It has a few challenging holes,and some not too difficult. A couple of the par 3's on the back nine are more challenging than you may think from the tee. The course stays in average to sometimes very good,depending on the time of year. I would recommend this course to anyone looking for something a little different. Staff is always friendly.
Great course
Course was very nice, the greens were a little rough in spots but it did not take away from a great day of golf

The course is in decent condition though the greens had several bad spots.
