Working Man & Retirees Course
Good course to work on your game and enjoy a day out with your buddies (men or women).
went to play and had a 1:10 pm tee time- took me 30 minutes to park as they had a 200 player golf tournament starting at 1:30 pm---- they had to give me a rain check and told me that golf now had been notified not to book on this date
Good value
Overall a good course for the money. Especially when compared to other courses i have played in the area
Nice Course!!!!!!!
Laid out great and the course is getting in better condition with new management.
Course well laid out, enjoyed.
Nice course and staff. Booked a second tee time for same week!
Perfect for group golf
The course at Panorama Village is a great value for the money. We played the day after a 30 minute downpour which cooled things off and made the greens perfect to lay up on. The staff are friendly and the carts are brand new. There is plenty of wildlife to see, including numerous squirrels and birds which is enjoyable to see; you may even stumble upon a turtle that seems to have lost his way from the ponds that scatter the course! Plenty of trees to make you check your shots and the fairways are wide open for the most part. My go-to course for current skill-level; rarely encounter golfers who are upset with the pace of play, especially since I usually play in a scramble group of 4.
Excellent Course & Value!
I have played here numerous times over the years & I am never disappointed!
A great option in this competitive north Houston area....I highly recommend!
Fun day
First time to play the course and loved the day. Course was not crowded the staff friendly carts in good shape good pace of play greens excellent considering they were recently aerated. I plan to play again soon excellent value.
I read a few comments about the fairways and greens and I think some of these players need to experience a desert course with brown greens. Golf can be fun with any conditions.
Don't overlook this one!
A gem of a course, tucked away in a small community near Conroe. Friendly staff, friendly patrons, beautiful weather -- what's not to like?
Nice experience
Although the tee boxes need some work, the greens were good and the fairways in pretty good shape
Course is in terrible shape
For being an extremely mild winter, the course is in very rough shape. Course maintenance is difficult to work into the schedule, but for a course with 3 nine hole courses, it is completely unacceptable to be aerating the roughs on holes that is currently in the daily rotation....the fairways and greens were lacking grass which makes play very difficult. Staff was very nice but course directions are lacking....we played 9-18 and 19-27, when coming off 18, there was no directions on how to get to hole 19, which turned out to be .25 miles down the road from the club house; simple directions go along way to improve the experience. Course is pretty open and as a residential course is lined with houses on most holes. Some challenging holes however very little difference between the gold and blue tee boxes.
Tee Boxes
The course was in good March shape, but the
T-boxes could use a lot of TLC.
Management is not good
Great for the money! But, did not like the way GolfNow puts players into a foursome and not letting golfers know! They don't inform them that they put you into a spot like this. You are put with other golfers that you don't even know! Makes for an uncomfortable experience!
I don't understand the complaint. I've been playing for 45 years. Many many times I have gone out as a single and gotten paired up with others. In those 45 years I have had 1 player that I didn't care to play with again. Some of my best friends I met this way.
I would rather have people paired up than have a bunch of twosomes mixed with foursomes, where the twosomes are pushing the foursomes all day.
No reason playing with someone new needs to be "awkward"? I would embrace it... you never know who you're going to meet.
