Frustrating
Your ball is almost rolling down a hill somewhere on this course and half the time in a direction you don't want it to. The terrain is rough and just riding in the cart wears you out from just bouncing all over. Wouldn't walk the course but did see people doing it. Greens were half brown. Enjoyed playing golf but this course is very frustrating.
Pretty Rough
I have played this course before so I knew it was a bit rough but seems to be worse rhan than I remember. I had a cart but once off the unpaved cart path it was like being in a cow pasture. It is extremely rough ground and makes the cart bounce all over the place. A number of the greens were diseased with large patches of unplayable green. Some of the tee boxes were so hard it was difficult to sink a tee.
On the positive the pace of play was fast with few other golfers playing.
I probably won't play here again unless I hear things have improved. Too bad they have let it go - fun course when it is in shape.

One and Done
This course needs a good grounds keeper. The fairways are ,brown and dead. The cart paths and fairways will beat your body up. The greens had major dead areas to dirt, needed fertilizer to grow grass and lots of TLC. We spent 99.00 for two with a cart. For the condition of the course the green fees are too high. I will not be back to play this poorly maintained course.

Nice coastal course.
I love this course for several reason. I love the challenge some of the hills provide and that its not just a flat course. Price point is nice and I also really enjoy the laid back feel that the course provides. Worked all day and want to squeeze in a quick round but don’t want to drive home for your collard shirt? No problem! Jeans and a T-shirt work. Staff is approachable and friendly, they have answered any questions we have had and aren’t afraid to talk!
A day in Cosmo
First time that I and 2 friends played the course. Great day. Hardly anyone else there. Course in very good shape for this time of year. Greens are quite large, I will definitely go back again. Lay in the Pro Shop was outstanding.
Good last minute golf
The course didn’t open until 8? I got out right away. Course conditions a little dusty. Some over watered. Pace of play was great.

Smooth Greens, Rough Fairways
Greens in very good condition. Fairways were the roughest I've ever experienced. Had to drive the cart slow to ease the bounces that were everywhere. Very uneven ground and cart paths on which I thought I would turn the cart over--scary. Ball landing on the fairways could bounce anywhere, so you have to pay attention to where it goes. Course layout is good with some long holes, especially for the women's red tees.

Fun course / Great Staff
the staff went out of their way to fix the mistake made by golfnow.com they r out of carts because of the ALS tournament ahead of us. The starter found us on cart and refunded us for the other. I would like to play this course again when its not so dry.. Very interesting layout.

Nice way to start a Saturday
This course has a great staff and clubhouse. The golf course is not bad. Maybe making some barriers by tee boxes and cart paths would detour people from driving all over and ruining the grass. Pace of play was great. All done in 3 hours. Greens have a couple bare spots, but roll pretty nice.
