Lake Cushman Golf Course is perched on the Olympic Mountain above Hoodsport. The course runs alongside the Hood Canal, a location that is abundant in wildlife and where golfers will enjoy fresh mountain air. The course sprawls across gently rolling hills scattered with mature trees. You can choose between playing nine holes or playing the different back tees for a full 18-hole round. It's an easily walkable layout that will appeal to players of all skill levels. It's a golf course where low handicappers can work on their skills in a no-pressure environment and high handicappers will be put to the test. The scenic setting is worth playing a round at Lake Cushman G.C. regardless of skill level. In addition to the golf course, there is a practice facility with a wide-open driving range and a putting green with a bunker.

Nice walk in the forest
Very casual, laid back golf course. Private fairways lined both sides by forest, Fairways and greens in good shape. Very little water in play.
Hidden Gem
Well worth the drive from Oly - nice 9 hole course snd you will want to play 18 . Not super difficult yet challenging - good mix of length of holes. Mostly locals playing and I have had nothing but positive interaction with them. I will be back out there this fall for sure.

Conditions were great, greens a little slow from recent aerating but fine. weather was absolutely perfect.
Foggy day but nice
The fog never lifted, the course is at 700 feet and clouds were hanging low. After I was done and went down the road to sea level it totally cleared about halfway down and the temperature shot up.
Wonderful golf course
Had a great round of golf. Players and staff were all very friendly and kept play moving on a hot Sunday afternoon.
It is a small club house But had everything we needed. Just a great afternoon all around.
Perfect day for golf
I did not have a very good day but that was not the course’s fault, it just wasn’t my day. Conditions were ideal.
Hidden gem
Lake Cushman golf course is by far my favorite course in the Mason County area. Great layout, friendly staff, terrific conditions, amazing view.
