I would assume the course is under construction. The greens are all temporary the actual greens are sand. If they are rebuilding the course it will be an amazing place to play. For now the price is a good deal.

They let this course go. The greens a just sand with weeds popping up everywhere. The carts bring you to a complete stop if they deem you weren't supposed to drive on the fairway or if your cart is going too fast down a hill. They lacked mowing. The pace of play was great bc no one was out there. We used to have family reunion golf tournaments out there. It used to be a decent course...but whoever took it over, let it go to the crapper. Just awful

The course had 0 greens. Not one was playable. I would not even open the doors if my course was in this kinda of shape

This course needs a lot of work. It has a lot of potential and if you can get on for 10 bucks it’s worth it to hit balls and work on tee to green. The frost and hogs did a number on the greens so they are sand. I can’t wait to play here again when they remodel.

The greens are not green at all, but the course layout is very nice. The pros and staff are always very friendly and helpful. They have a bunch of nice demos that you can try throughout your round. Very good course and prices for people who are just getting into golf. It’s a low stress golf course where you really don’t have to worry about people hitting into you and rushing you the entire time. We bring friends to play Fountainhead pretty regularly because it’s relaxed and people can enjoy themselves.

Just horrible, apparently they’re doing a redesign next year so they just let this course go. There’s no grass on the greens it’s all sand, literally chipped out of some sandy areas (on the greeen!) just insane

Should not be open. There are no greens. Dead grass or no grass with piles of sand on the patches of gray that should be greens. Not playable. Came to the lake for the weekend and thought we’d play some golf, so we booked the only nearby course. We asked the nice lady in the clubhouse why there were no greens and she told us they haven’t been able to do anything with them and they are waiting for funding from Creek Nation to fix. Good luck.

They have put a lot of work into repairing the bunkers. They are now playable. And I can tell they are working on the greens.

I have played this course for years. At this time the greens have no grass on them. This is the second year in a row that they burned them up in the early spring.

They should be in good shape by late summer early fall or at least they were last year after this happened.

The layout of the course I really enjoy.

Place used to be super nice. Dirt fairways sand all on the greens. Then to topnit off no ice for anything on a 94° day.

Weather was nice, got warmer as the day went on. It seemed it was a shotgun start every player. Play was slow. The pro shop grounds were neglected. No ice machine.

Needs more attention to details around the property.

Greens are in bad shape. Grass was dead on several of them. Fairway grass is getting better as well. The staff is awesome and ready to help.

The course has a great layout and has always been a great value. Unfortunately they have lost every green to the point they were not playable!

The greens were simply horrible, I got a hotdeal. and that was a waste of money. The fairways were in great shape. But don't try to put no grass on none of them. To be honest. they looked. and were in much better condition's. Last winter

The course is not playable. Fairways are not evenly cut and some parts were not cut lately. Most greens were dead, so they were painted.

I enjoyed my round. The nines are pretty different. The back has more hills and the doglegs are more pronounced. The greens had a few bare spots but course maintenance was good.

The tee's and fairways needed mowing. Maybe dew to the recent rain. The greens were mostly in good shape. There were a few bad spots. Greens were a little slow. I enjoyed the course. Playing it again on Thursday.

My buddy and I got to the course in advance of our actual tee time, by about 45 minutes. We were allowed to check in and could have gotten an early start at the course if we desired. we hit the range before our round. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cook was pleasant as we stopped in at the turn and had a breakfast sandwich and watched some of the early Master's coverage in the delightfully refurbished eating area. Some of the fairways and first cuts are a little chewed up, but I think that there will be some improvement as the season progresses. Only 2-3 greens in poor shape.
