Village Greens Golf Course
About
Village Green Golf Course is an executive, 18-hole course located just 40 minutes north of Tacoma, off of Mill Hill Road in Port Orchard. It's known for being one of the best golf values in the area. The course has a classic design that plays tight but isn't overly punishing for the high handicapper. The small, elevated greens and narrow fairways demand accuracy. The course is ideal for beginners, offering a place to get practice with a variety of different shots. For intermediate players and low handicappers, the course is an excellent place for honing your iron play and working on your short game. There is also a practice facility available at Village Green that includes a covered driving range and putting and chipping greens.

Course needs better maintenance
Greens are bumpy with unpredictable bounces, also very slow.
Fairways full of weeds, carelessly mown, very uneven.
Course layout is tight but good practice for accuracy and short game.
Great Greens
I played in March, and while other courses are mostly gooey mud, Village Greens was not. All of the greens are raised, so they drain well. The greens were also immaculate. A great course for the short game.
Excellent value course!
This is a smaller well-maintained course with plenty of opportunity to practice your irons. Nothing fancy. For a few dollars more than the cost of a bucket of balls you can play 18 holes - what a deal!
par 3 coarse great for practicing your game.I agree that it is parched in summer needs more water late in the year. I play it often it's close and inexpensive
