Nice course
It had some interesting holes. Back nine had more trees and water and was a little tighter than the front. Greens were a little slow but had lots of slope. Really hard to one putt. Directions to the course were not very good.
Barberette
We where made to feel welcome from start to finish. The course was gorgeous. Greens were fast!!!! Had a little confusion with signage had to check map as to where next tee was. One to Two was the worst for us.
A few balls went swimming. But was a perfect day of Golf Can't wait to play the course again. If I could only play 9 I would pick the back nine.
Terrific
Very very fun course!
Well maintained!
Tough course
A lot of hazards, but a fun course. Will have to improve some more before I play it again.
has great hole variations
i enjoyed the course and would play again, was in great shape,
Good course
Although the course was quite wet, it was in good shape to play. Staff has done a great job considering the area has received 8+ inches in the last 10 days. Nice greens. Some hidden shots due to the hills, but fair. Great value on an early afternoon tee time.
Golf now is here to take your&
Took my $4 fee to reserve a tee time but there was no special savings in the end. Same price was posted at the club house. So with the $4 fee I actually paid more
Fun & Challenging
Always enjoy this course, fun while challenging. Nice setting. Well maintained, greens R in wonderful shape & very fair.
Nice course but slow play
Pace of play was slow due to the fact that the golf course allows five-some's .
Play for $35 or less
Cumberland is a "nice" golf course. If you can play the course for $35 or less than you shouldn't be disappointed. There is a good variety of golf holes where driver should not be used off of every tee. Length is not the demanding aspect of this golf course, shot placement is with the rolling hills, tree lined fairways and smallish greens. The greens themselves are on the slow side but again that is to be expected for a course of this nature. The conditioning is slight better than average but for a course this far north and somewhat out in the boondocks, that is to be expected. Pace of play was good even with no rangers on the course. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.
