Rolling Greens Golf Course

My wife and I arrived at Rolling Greens golf course 25 minutes ahead of our tee time. We had a hot deal tee time for 9 holes including golf cart and it was prepaid to golfnow. The woman working at the golf course said we have to pay $25 to use a golf cart. We told her we prepaid the hot deal that include a golf cart. We should her my print out and also went on Golfnow on our phone and should her that it included a golf cart. Finally 3 minutes before our tee time she called a guy and he came and said to give us a golf cart. I am handicap and can't walk 9 holes. We have booked hot deals from golfnow all over the US and every time after telling the person working at the golf course our tee time and we prepaid the hot deal the immediately hand me the key for the golf cart. I notice that nobody is buying the hot deal at Rolling Greens so I presume she is trying to charge $25 to anyone who buys a hot deal that includes a golf cart. The golf course is in very good shape and the greens were in excellent shape just a little slow. Will we golf Rolling Greens again in the near future not likely

Course was built in the 1920s. Course is routed over hilly terrain and the first five holes were on the hillier terrain with several exacting tee shots.
