They didn't have my golfnow reservation
I got to the course and they had no record of my golfnow reservation even though I had prepaid for it. Luckily they were gracious enough to honor the email I had. Course was great but the golfnow experience was a little troubling.
The course is in very nice condition; enjoy playing it. But…
Tee boxes are never long enough on so many public courses, but that shouldn’t be your default choice. Especially the bronze and red where more of us seniors are now teeing from. On most public courses bronze and reds are oversized gopher mounds-seriously. If you want to distinguish yourself, upgrade these, it would make a huge difference without it being a large expense burden. It would set you apart!!
Not as expected
The greens were heavily saturated with a course sand not the usual fine granules. Putting was very inconsistent as sand would stick to the ball and putter. Lots of long straight holes and not alot of variety.

Is a great test with the small town feel!
Just a mediocre course.
A little short on value. Course just ok compared to the many courses we’ve played in both Wi and Mn this season. Did not like a few of the hole layouts.
Fantastic Shape
This course was in amazing shape. Greens were fast, true, and well kept. Will be back.

Fun place to play golf and enjoy an adult beverage after. Great management and staff...love the place
Fun course to play - very well managed with a friendly staff and bar.
I play here often now - even with four quaity courses in the area - LCGC is my favorite! Front nine is a bit easier that back but both have some challenging holes. Course is well maintained. People there are always friendly - love te place!
Great course for the money!
Unique course layout with challenges for all types of golfers. Shorter but tight par 4s mixed with longer more open holes. Club yardages need to be known pretty precisely here. Can be a good scoring course under calm conditions. Great overall local course!
