course had just been aerated but was in excellent condition and the crew was noticeably working very hard to make the course playable. The course was in beautiful shape considering we have not had any sizable rain. I would recommend the course to all my friends. Very green

Fast greens and challenging layout makes this course a must play

what a beautiful layout creek in play on several holes mature tree lined fairways undulating greens that if not managed properly can yield 3 putts quite easily. really enjoyed this course

Overall course not too long. Greens are surprisingly fast. Extremely friendly staff. People are aware and pace of play is excellent!!

First time playing here. Overall it was really good. The course was in great shape and they had a nice balance to the holes. Only small negative was there was no course layout or map, so navigating the holes as a first time player there was confusing at first, but that isn’t a huge deal. Will definitely be playing here again!

Fairways, tee boxes and greens in great shape. They had recently airaited the greens, but they were still in very good shape. The ony thing I would recommend to the facility would be to either have a representation of the hole, with hazards on the score card or at the tee boxes.

The greens were immaculate and probably rolled to a 12 or 13 on the stimp meter. Very smooth true , and undulating.. Fairways and tee boxes were perfect with no bare spots and very lush. The course is definitely a hidden gem 25 miles outside of Oregon. I highly recommend it for any skill level player

While the course design is nothing special, the conditions and value make this course a worthwhile diversion about an hour southwest of Madison. Greens were smooth and interesting. Beware the creek crossing #10 & #11, forces a choice between laying up off the tee and a perfect tee shot. Note the course is not private as noted in Golf Advisor’s description - memberships are available, but open to public.

Course in great shape and finished round in just over three hours. Greens are an optical illusion they always seem to gain speed going uphill. I’ll keep coming back until I figure them out. A really fun day for a great price. .

Driving from Fitchburg is a breeze. OK place to play but the fee for carts is exhorbitant.
