I have been playing Ives Grove ever since it opened. I was stunned yesterday on the perfect conditioning of the course from the tee boxes to the fairways to the greens. Given the hot summer, it takes a lot of care and skill to keep any course properly watered. Other courses in the Kenosha and Racine area have shown the effects of budget shortfalls and brutal weather conditions. Somehow, Ives Grove is better today than I’ve seen it in years. Nice going!

Sand traps need attention. Otherwise, course in good condition. Nice new range facility!

Golf on Ives Grove July 12th 2020.... in light of the heavy rain on back-to-back nights Wednesday and Thursday.... Ives Grove was an excellent shape. The bunkers however, we're filled with water. But that's to be expected with the torrential rains that pounded the course.

Consequently the greens were a little on the slow side but that was to be expected. I played out here a lot. I make the drive from Milwaukee and it's well worth the few dollars in gas.

Course was good. Layout left some to be desired with many holes being straight away. Need to do a better job of teaching and enforcing the repair of pitch marks on the greens. Sand traps were not good - rock hard and a majority had inches of standing water. I’m not sure if weather during the week was bad and caused this

The course is always in good condition. The drainage is exceptional! Big rain storm two days before playing, and its was not a mud pit. Great value!

The ONLY possible issue was with the current state of covid anxiety. We were 4 senior golfers and only allowed 2 carts. Management said it was due to a limited number of carts. One of our players did not feel comfortable riding with a another player and subsequently chose to walk even though the cart was paid for. I thought with the pandemic courses were prepared to accommodate social distancing concerns.

Really nice golf course. Fits all abilities fro seniors to low handicap. Greens and fairways were in great shape

I've been playing at Ives Grove 40 years. Yeah I'm that old. It never disappoints. He also got a very nice range now. Fairways were nice and short. And the greens were in excellent shape and rolling fast.

course was in excellent condition for this time on year. love the new enlarge fairways on white 5 and blue 8 .

What a great layout and very friendly staff. Always accommodating your party for the best time.

With 27 holes the variety is great. Its fun to play each time. This year the weather caused some issues of excessive water creating a few extra bumps especially in the rough. Recommend this course for all levels of golf.

Course was in pretty good shape. Greens were moderate in speed.

Only complaint is golfers not repairing their divots on the greens. I found myself repairing several on every green before putting. Not the Clubs fault. Just novice players not being mindful of the next player.
