Great value.
The day was warm but not too humid. The course was fair but the rough could be long and punish you for a bad drive. First time playing the course and I would come back again. There were some very challenging holes and not so many trees that you could be aggressive with the driver.
I love this course
Course in great shape, pace of play was excellent
staff was friendly and helpful
Nice Track
Its a public play course that puts a lot of rounds on, but with three nines you usually can get on. You can walk the course easily, fairly flat. Course changes significantly on days that are rainy, hard to be out of bounds on the course.
A Fun Course
Having 3 different nines, the white and blue both have a fair amount of water in play. The red nine is much more links-ish. All 3 of them are good for the person who doesn't necessarily hit it straight, as there are very few trees really in play. From the blue tees this course can play pretty long and tough, but from further up it's very doable for virtually any golfer. It's nearly impossible to find calm winds, but there's plenty of room for error on most holes, so that's not a huge problem. I'm happy to call this my home course!
There are sometimes condition issues, and it's often times pretty swamped with slow golfers - otherwise I'd give it 5/5.
Fair amount of hazards
With its many bunkers , green side and fairway, you have to be aware of shot placement. Wide open concept with open fairways and very few trees to navigate the bunkers and water make this a unique play. The greens are large and arriving there in regulation does'nt gaurantee low scoring. Good overall course, however i wouldn' reccomend playing on windy days.
