Kankakee Elks Country Club

We traveled just over an hour from home to play this course. It’s a quaint setting with a decent bar and concessions. The course was in great shape and the staff and other players very friendly. Great experience. Will go again for sure.

The course was in great shape the greens are challenging. Staff was very friendly and courteous. There were 2 groups in front of us that were playing very slowly and not letting us play through. My only recommendation would be to have a ranger on the course that could have sped them up or let them know to let the smaller groups play through. Overall I had a very enjoyable time though.

Course was well kept and had some good elevation difference across the holes. Greens were not serious, often with no legitimate flat pin placement.

Extra holes

Excellent course. Good mix of par 4/5 and threes. Virtually no water holes and sand traps are minimal. Fairways are green and greens well kept. I would definitely play again.

Course is in great shape though the bunkers could use some love. Greens roll true and are quick. Great layout.
