Worth the trip!
We traveled just over an hour from home to play this course. It’s a quaint setting with a decent bar and concessions. The course was in great shape and the staff and other players very friendly. Great experience. Will go again for sure.
The course was in great shape the greens are challenging.
The course was in great shape the greens are challenging. Staff was very friendly and courteous. There were 2 groups in front of us that were playing very slowly and not letting us play through. My only recommendation would be to have a ranger on the course that could have sped them up or let them know to let the smaller groups play through. Overall I had a very enjoyable time though.
Good Conditions, Goofy Golf Greens
Course was well kept and had some good elevation difference across the holes. Greens were not serious, often with no legitimate flat pin placement.
I really like this course. Great value and very challenging

Play is good though several times random groups of two or three appeared in front that were not the group I was following

Florida visitor
Excellent course. Good mix of par 4/5 and threes. Virtually no water holes and sand traps are minimal. Fairways are green and greens well kept. I would definitely play again.
Great Course
Course is in great shape though the bunkers could use some love. Greens roll true and are quick. Great layout.
Outing
I called elks golf course to find out if they had any outings that day and I was told no then I get to the course and the parking lot was full of cars seen a tent with merchandise and I asked the guy at the counter I was told there was no outing and he said this is not an outing this is a group what the difference elks should have told me this had I know I wouldn’t have made a tee time and we where behind this large group took over 5 hours to finish our round
