Fu challenging course
Great variety of holes. Short, long, dogleg left, dogleg right. Bring all of your clubs. Once on the greens, hope your break reads are on!

Superb Course for the price
The Elk's CC was in excellent condition from tees to the green. Greens were well-maintained and manicured. Greens were exceptionally fast though, making putting challenging.

Short but tough…green complexes are the challenge on this course.
Greens were running around a 9, but because of the undulations, the challenge exists!

Hidden Gem
Super fun layout and very different from most courses in Chicagoland. Worth the 75 minute drive from Chicago to go play. Probably the best value course I have ever played. Green complexes unique and fun. Conditioning was good all around.
Staff was super awesome and welcoming to us first timers, they were excited about their recent top 100 under $100 ranking.
Some $$ in renovations could make this place amazing, but then it would likely lose some of its charm and would price out lots of long time players in the area.
