Golfer Reviews
Not much of a course
Booked on line. Lined up 2 buddies to play and the next morning found out they (golf now ) canceled our tee time for 1:50pm because of a tournament. I called and they said to come on out and they would fit us in. The on line rate was $17 but we had to pay regular rate of $25. .I'll have to get some reports from some friends before I go back.
Fun course
Had a great time out there. Can’t beat the price and the course plays a lot better than a lot of much more expensive courses in Baton Rouge. Will be back
Nice place to practice your game.
Small course needs to be better but it seams to be getting better. Good place for the price
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We are working hard to always make improvements, even if they are very subtle, in hopes of making the course an even better experience over time. Thank you for continuously supporting us, we can't thank you enough!
Course Conditions
Course is in fairly good shape. They still have a couple greens that need some TLC.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! All feedback is greatly appreciated in order to make further improvements!
Home course
This course is 5 minutes so I play it more than any other. Course has gone through a transformation since being acquired by pards. Course seems to be better everytime I play. It's a great little course and definitely a great value.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a detailed review, we can't thank you enough!
Great 9 hole course.
It's a tight 9 hole course with small greens. Great value for the price.
Thank you for the feedback and taking the time to visit our 9 Hole Course! Again, thank you enough for leaving us a review and we hope to see you again!
First time there
It isn't Augusta National but neither is any other course. Greens could be faster but it is a fun little 9 hole track...
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! All feedback is greatly appreciated to make further improvements!
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and letting us know about your experience, we appreciate it and hope to see you again soon!
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review! We appreciate the feedback!
Joey (Ben), We are shocked to see this review as we've gotten such great feedback from you recently! We appreciate your weekly visits to us and hope you that you continue to see the progress the course is making and has previously made over the past year under new ownership. We strive everyday and continue to put in the work with our course as we plan to have it in tip top conditions in the next few years, thank you for being patient as we reverse any prior damage from previous greens staff. Thank you for taking time to leave us a review and we will see you soon!
Great place to play a round of golf
Staff very friendly and the course was well groomed and maintained. Greens were not as fast as others I have played but still very challenging.
Thank you so much for a detailed review for other golfers to see, we greatly appreciate the feedback! Our staff is always so happy to see our customers and we can't wait to see you again soon!
Perfect casual golf experience
Great for a fun afternoon if cutting up on the course. Plenty of long fairways to really hit the ball.
Matt, Thank you for leaving us a review and we thank your group for respecting the course as well as other players while having fun! We love that you were able to have such a great time with great people. See you again soon!
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we appreciate it so much! We are so delighted to hear that you will be visiting us again!! We look forward to seeing you soon!
Need Water Barrels
The only complaint i would have is that some of the water barrels were empty and the ones that did have water, the water was hot. It was early in the morning so i assume they did not put out any fresh ice or water in the barrels.
Good Practice Course
Found this Hot Deal on Golf Now for 9 or 18 holes for $10 including cart. First time there and staff was very friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions about carts and course layout. Went in the morning and there was a lot of other golfers there so there was little wait time between holes. Had a good round of golf at a great price and what more can I say.
Thank you for the feedback and taking the time to leave us a detailed review, we greatly appreciate it! Our staff is always so happy to welcome new players and we are so excited you had a splendid time! We hope to see you again soon!
We are sorry for this experience you encountered. It is always best to call the clubhouse directly to ensure there isn't a tournament occurring. If there is a glitch with GolfNow and it allows you to purchase a tee time when we have a tournament, it is usually caught very quickly and they will cancel the booking as the course is closed to the public for the tournament. As far as our rates for that particular day the rates were $25.00 (Weekend Rate) and at 3:00 P.M. (Weekend Twilight) the price is reduced to $17.00. We take pride in our customer service and hope if you ever decide to visit us again, that you have a better experience. Our tournament dates are posted online and can be found on our website www.thepinesatnorthpark.com. We hope that you still play the game that we all know and love to keep the sport alive, even if it isn't at our facility. Thank you again for taking time to leave us a review.
