Hope it works out...

I hope the best of success for the new ownership as this course is convenient and generally attractive. But until the drainage is improved, it’s still a swamp for days after a moderate rain. A new outdoor deck is nice, but that wasn’t the problem here.

Average course with a few hickups

I do not recommend playing this course a couple days after it rains because water just sits and creates mud all throughout the fairways , and the prices recently went up and you do not get your money's worth when it comes to the way the greens are kept up. After a sunny week it's still average and not a very challenging course

This course has great features.

This course is challenging and beautiful.
I like this course.
I played this course several times with my friend in a few years.
The pond, river, green, and fairway are very good for me.
I want to invite my friend near future.
And I want to play golf with my wife near future.
