North Creek Golf Club

Don't know what course Mr. Golf Pro was talking about. We were there the day before ( 5/30/16) and the course was in very nice condition. Fairways nice, greens nice. Bunkers need some work but hard to do with so much rain. I rate North Creek in the top 5 daily fee courses in this area, and I play them all, as well as Ridgeway CC and Memphis National.

It was the first time playing this golf. The greens were smooth, held shots well and had an excellent pace. There was plenty of bunkers and water to keep your focus / interest. The course is a nice layout and can accommodate any level of player via the various tee boxes. It was 91 degrees and humid, but the beverage cart was consistently present throughout the entire round. Plus, the course had strategically placed drinking fountains to enjoy as well. A GPS would be beneficial to assist with yardages / target points. Would recommend this course.

I enjoyed the course layout and conditions were okay. Bunkers need a lot of help. Most don't have any sand and many had water puddled in the bottom. Greens were great as were the fairways. Nice layout, fun to play. I will go back.

Great staff and course is in great shape. Tight fairways and always some of the best greens in the area.

I really like the course it's cheap well laid out. It's short but I also like that. Only negative is the bunkers are really bad.

This course is in terrible shape , greens are bad , no one fixes ball marks , sand traps are terrible , they never are raked , weeds all over , on the fairway and in the ruff , trash all over in the ponds. We will not be back to play North Creek again . It could be a nice course

Course was in great shape as usual. Pace slowed dramatically on the back due to pace of tournament laggers. Had a great time anyway.

The pace of play was extremely slow. Did not see the Marshall on the course at all.

The wind was blowing very hard most of the time. But was able to get thru it. Northcreek is a nice golf course and is kept up nicely.

We play Northcreek probably 25-30 times per year. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Sometimes we just show up and they will find a spot for us even if it means teeing off from the back. The course can be a challenge even for the advanced player. Most holes tend to be somewhat short but if the wind is in your face on number 1 and you play from the tips then you better get a good t shot in because the second shot can be a long one with the danger of a waterhazard looming. #4 at 645 yards will give you something to chew on because par is a good score. #8 par 5 is reachable in 2 but you need a good t shot again. For the long hitters there are some eagle opportunities on number 10 and 11 par 4's. Again a good t-shot is needed on #14 to clear the ditch or you will be looking at a double bogey. #18 par 5 in my opinion is the best hole with an island green. You will have to decide to play the risk/reward shot to get an eagle on this one. Course tends to be in good shape most of the time and the greens play fair. Give it a shot, you will not regret it. Best score is a 73. The 2 man 9 hole scramble is -7 and the 4 man scramble -21.

Best greens I've played all year, unfortunately there was no grass in the fairways the sand traps were unmanicured.Short in distance but placement off tee a must!

Always the best greens around. Not a very long course, but challenging. Always a friendly staff

Plenty of moguls and water. Challenging but fun. Greens in excellent shape. The traps were really packed and wet. Would definitely play it again.

I'm familiar with North Creek but don't play it as much as I'd like. John and the staff do a great job making you feel welcome and the course is always in great condition. This past weekend was no exception as the fairways, tees and greens were great!
Offering plenty of length and rolling terrain the course has as much challenge as you are willing to take on! Each hole has some interesting feature to catch your eye or challenge your game (or both!). Water, sand or general topography invites you to go for it or play "smart golf".
I really like North Creek and will be back soon!

The course is on the short side but it's certainly a challenge. The greens are perfect. Play was slow but we were a twosome following a group of 20. While waiting to hit our second shot on a short par 4 dogleg, the 2 guys behind us hit into us! We decided to take the high road and politely told them to go ahead and play through. We knew there was no place to go and then enjoyed watching them wait on every shot well aware that we were right behind them. I enjoyed the game within the game;)

This course is in great shape. Love the staff especially Shyla in the snack bar!!!

North Creek is in great shape with the exception of several bunkers. The greens were near perfect. They are spending money in the right places: green and fairways. It wasn't crowded. Overall a fun course and in good shape. Worth the trip.
