great times were had by all
Although your faced with a wonderful first hole that looks as difficult as you make it , this course , being an
executive plays so very fair and is embraced by some of the most beautiful foliage , trees and homes you almost forget your up at close to sixty-eight hundred ft. The course itself could not be more playable and beautiful itself .
This is now going to be our home and i simply need to say only that my last home course was Torrey Pines GC and this is not a step down by any means .
Grear Golf in the High Country
Wow!!! What a wonderful day of golf! Beautiful Autumn weather! Even though the season is winding down the course was in perfect condition.
Restaurant was closed but they had some great Chili at the bar. It really hit the spot before playing 18. Course closes Oct 31 and they keep it in great condition. Staff very helpful and nice,! Looking forward to next year.
great course ALWAYS in great condition fun to play
a very pleasant short course.
Pinetop/Lakeside is an executive course with 11 par 3s. The course is attractive and well maintained. Pace of play is good. We completed our round in just over 3 hours.
Lots of fun.
We had a great time. Greens are smooth. Fairways a little long, didn't get much roll on my drives. Overall I still enjoyed the course.
Pinetop Lakes Course
Actually played Mon, Wed & Thurs that week! Beautiful course! Very challenging, especially the Fast Greens! Allowed walking & I enjoyed that twice! Very nice staff! They have a nice bar & dining room (although I didn't eat there). Makes me want to live there!
Short course
8 handicap; this is an executive course with numerous par 3's but is difficult due to long par 3's. Course is in good shape with well groomed fairways and fast small greens. No sand traps. Good driving range. Excellent value if using Hot Deal. Good value if you go in the afternoon. Golf carts are in good condition. Overall my wife (12 handicap) and I enjoyed it and would return. Pro shop has a good selection of merchandise.
Great Golf Course
Pinetop Lakes Golf Course is an Executive Course among beautiful pine tree lined fairways. Course is in excellent condition and welcoming to your eyes upon arrival. Facilities on course and pro shop in excellent clean condition. Our first visit and we do plan on returning. Golfed on Sunday afternoon, not as crowded, felt like we had the course to ourselves. Had lunch at Club house, staff and food good!
Beatific course
Probably in top 5 beatiful courses in Az.Always in excellent condition.Plays tougher than your avg.part 62 course.
Great course
Friendly staff, great conditions, Nice price and nice members
Shoot the weather
Superb Golf Course, friendly staff, conditions are excellent, pace of play above expectations.
Gorgeous course
Had a little weather during my round, but should be expected during the spring on the mountain. Fun course, pine trees created quite a challenge.
Greens in great shape... nice views
Greens were in very good condition and staff very friendly --- great executive course with lots of par 3's for practice...
Don't be fooled by the "Executive" course rating
It's a treat to play a mountain course versus the desert courses I am used to in Tucson. Most "executive" courses I've played in the past in California for example, had lots of par 3's with holes under 100 yards each. Not here. Most of the par 3's were near 200 yards from the white tees. Our hybrids, mid and long irons got used a lot today. The best part is there are at least 4 or 5 holes where you can still let the big dog fly! If you can work the ball around the tall pines, you'll have an advantage. The course was in immaculate shape, and the views were breathtaking.
Beatiful course
This was my first time playing the course. An executive course, but beautifully laid out, beautifully maintained. A fairly short course, but with 2 long par 5's, it is still pretty challenging. Fun to play. Only took 3 hours to play 18.
