River Place Country Club

Had been 3 years or more since I played there. Challenging but fair. Greens are super fast which I had to adjust to. Very friendly staff and well worth the $$$

I had a high expectations and they were met! Great course and staff, thank you for a great round and I am looking forward to going back. I may need to take a few more balls next time, I did lose a few :-).

The course was cart path only-NOT GOOD! Way too many blind shots and sloping hills. Prepare to lose 6-10 balls due to blind shots and sloping hills, gorges. Way too many island greens. We will NOT return here. Staff was nice to deliver us a new ELECTRIC cart. The did not last 18 holes for either group-we had to push the last 2 holes. Poor decision on their part!! Beverage cart only showed once during 18 holes.

Cool course but a little tricked up with blind shots to several greens. This is a placement type course and you need to know were to hit your shots. It plays along the same lines as Twin Creeks and Chrystal Falls. If you can get a good deal on a T time then it is worth it and fun to play. You may want to only take your buddies that can play pretty well or you will have a slow round.

Excellent layout. Well designed into the canyons and through the hills. Some very tight holes. Target golf at it's finest. Fun, unique challenge with lots of elevation change.

Always an enjoyable round at River Place. Course is in good shape overall, greens are a good speed but need to be rolled.

I had a problem in the proshop, Glenn and Chris almost didn't let me and my buddies on because he thought we drove our cars and parked on the 1st hole? I don't know what he was thinking. After 20 minutes of confusion everything was fine and we got a discount. I would recommend going on a day when these two clowns aren't there.

The tee shots for the average golfer are very challenging to clear the valleys and not much forgiveness for even a mild slice or hook. I had four pars and missed putts for a couple more, but had too many blow up holes which was easy to do.

Wonderful diversity of shots, many holes yhave a premium on accuracy and punish wayward shots. Greens roll true. Long rough around greens is very challenging.

This course is on severe land but for the most part the holes handle the terrain well. It plays pretty short but wayward shots will be gone.

The course has recently undergone a major bunker renovation--new sand, some old bunkers filled in. The bunkers are not the major concern here, though, rather the hazards and constant up and down.

Spectacular setting and very challenging course. Tee boxes were only let down. They need lots of work. Fairways, bunkers, and greens were very good. Better keep the ball in play here !

Love the layout, nice scenic views. Holes challenge you with club selection and placement.

The golf course is definitely challenging, club selection and ball placement off the tee box is a MUST!! We will definitely play this course again. Great fun, and the views are fabulous! The only drawback was that the greens are in pretty bad shape, i.e., bare spots, bumpy, etc...

Great time. But it rained so was soggy and made much more divets and not bounce.

The course and setting are terrific. Stop and take in the views from time to time. Course conditions were better than average. The course is very challenging especially if you have not played it before. The clubhouse gives you a "cheat sheet" which was helpful but it would be better to play the course with someone who has played it several times at least.

This course is beautiful. Sits down in a valley. Lots of elevation change with challenging fun holes. If you have never played you must try it out. Highly recommended.
