Challenging course, great rates
The course is fairly challenging and unless you’re a single digit handicap or better I wouldn’t advise playing the tips. Plenty of obstacles and fairly tight fairways. You really need to know your distances to the greens. This is provided if you drive a cart with a display screen. Happy I went, best round this season!
The course is managed is very well. The putting practice green is directly in front of the check-in shop, your name and when you tee-off is announced. Very orderly start to your round here.
1st time
Great course with excellent turf conditions. Went early afternoon and had a relaxing round no rushed.
Very Good Livonia Muni
One of the better Mark Devries courses I have played. Layout is on a very flat piece of land, but does have character with several streams used quite strategicly throughout. The greens were rolling quite fast and in great shape. Pace of play can be bad at times but this is to be expected at a muni.
Fox Creek
Love the course and staff. Big greens that are fun to 2-putt. And if the course is backed up maybe Hootch will have his guitar. Bunz lost his hitch here on 7 tee back in 2009. Lotta history.

Course was in better shape than I expected, greens were super fast.
Excellent Value, Gorgeous Wildlife, Quality Greens/Fairway
Really enjoyed playing this course. I played through rain and wind because I was enjoying myself so much. I saw a couple dozen deer (At least) and found some tranquility out in the wild. The course setup was really good considering the timing (rainy Spring) and the staff was very friendly. I can't wait to play here again!
