Best bang for your buck
We got a hot deal and it could knit be more worth it. Excellent course and staff. Fun layout with a some challenging shots. . GPS carts were sick. I plan on going back soon.
Great course
A couple of the fairways were a little dry but this has been a dry season so I expected it. This was not a factor in my round. Greens are very nice and fast. I will definitely be back and I do recommend this course to anyone.

Love the golf course and staff is awesome. Greens were perfect with only a few rough spots in the fairways. Lunch was excellent as well.
Nice open course with friendly staff
Fairways are wide so easy to get drive in play, second shots require more accuracy, but all in all a great course for all skill levels. Will play again soon!
Great course and staff
Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Course was in great shape. Pace of play was fast. Announcing tee times over loud speaker would help a little.
Favorite in Alexandria
Oak Wing Golf Club is always a good experience with a fun, challenging layout of holes. It also winds through the old England Air Base with views of the current Alexandria Airport. Conditions are always good and the staff is very friendly. My favorite holes are the two Par 5's on the back 14 and 16. 14 has a links feel to it and 16 is a good layout of a par 5. Definitely worth a visit if in the Alexandri area.
The greens were in great shape and fast
A problem was encountered when I checked in to play. They told me the course no longer a participated in the program, leaving my payment in limbo land. Feeling sympathetic for me the staff waived the green fee and allowed us to play for cart fee only, which they didn't have to do. I appreciate that gesture of kindness, something more service-oriented people should try to improve.
