This course has large greens.
I played right after two days of heavy rain and the course had drained great. It was cart path only and I understood. The greens were next to perfect. I love the course.
The staff was great in getting everything right
The staff was great in getting everything right. The course is in pristine conditions and other players were courteous and respectful.
Great price, fast greens, and slow play
I played with a friend at the special price of $17 a piece + taxes and fees. We were very happy w/ that price. The course was in very good shape except for a few rough spots that were sprinkled in on some of the fairways. The tee boxes were mostly good, but the greens were very nice. I was shocked how fast they were with lots of undulations in them. My only complaint was slow play. The course seemed to be fairly full for a Thursday at mid-day, and we constantly waited on the group in front of us. Practice facilities looked nice, but we did not use them.
Great day on very good course
A fine example of a quality course and a true test from any tee under very kept conditions. Always keep you focus and you will be rewarded and gradified!
This course is nice
This is one of the nicest course's in the area. It was even better when they has the GPS on the carts. The practice area is also very good.
Most of the par 3's are 150yd's. I'd like to see more verieation.
Greens are in great shape. There very fast. They have put in some new grass. On some holes. The course will be great this summer.
Very enjoyable.
We had a great day mainly because the weather was gorgeous. The course was crowded but we still finished in slightly under 4 hours. Greens were very hard to read. We didn't score as well as we usually do due to taking a lot of extra putts, but it's a fun course to play.
Tough from the Tips
Front nine is a little easier, a couple very challenging holes on the back. Good conditions for the winter and the greens are very fast with lots of movement. Overall an above average course for the money.
greens
greens are in fantastic shape, especially for this time of year.
Great course, but plays slowly
Course was in very good shape, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Course was fairly crowded, and play was slow--had to wait on too many tees. I've run into this situation before here; I beleive they overbook.
We had a great time, the greens were fantastic.
I would recommend this course to anyone that enjoys playing golf. The greens are in very good shape, you can see the course proceeding to excellence. We had a great time.j
One of my favorites
Play this course more than any other. Greens are fast and true.
Great condition, fast greens, don't like bring forced to be paired with other players though.
Greens are fast this time of year!! Fairways are great! Pace of play was great. Range was in good condition.
great shape
Course well maintained. Staff attentive
Play was a bit slow this day. Probably could have used a marshall. Good experience.
Course will continue to get better as new greens become softer ... speed and condition of greens are very good though
This course has always had a great layout but poor greens and higher prices for condition has been a negative ... The new greens are very true and quick and will get better as they softer up a little with time ... Course is a very good challenge and conditions are better than they have been
nice course
fun course to play, green is very fast and very diffcult
Too expensive for a public course
The course offers some challenges but with decent tee shots and a good short game this course can easily be under par.
Challenging, but fun course for all skill levels.
Stonebridge is a beautiful, well maintained course that will challenge golfers of all skill levels. The first hole presents you with a 90* dogleg right, with fairway bunkers coming into play immediately. Every hole is unique. The course varies from wide open fairways, to needing pinpoint accuracy down a fairway as tight as a hallway. It is a long course, and winds through a residential neighborhood. No two fairways run side by side, which presents an added challenge if you lose the ball left or right. Every golf cart comes equipped with a gps rangefinder. They also give pin placement on the scorecard every morning. Go! You won't be disappointed.
Very nice
The course is well maintained. Courteous staff. The course flows very well from hole to hole. There is just enough water to keep you on your toes and a few fairways that demand well placed drives. Most of the holes are very forgiving to beginners like myself.
