The Sanctuary Golf Club

When I asked the starter about social distancing I was told that I should stay home if I was so worried about it. All I wanted to do is play a round of golf and maintain my distance from others and he made me feel very unwelcome. The greens were top dressed.

Great course with nice visual appeal and some fun holes

The course had just punched the greens, so I was a little disappointed about that. However the people were super nice and and other than the greens the coarse was in really nice shape.

Course was in great condition considering all the rain it received in the past seven days. The greens were flawless.

Course was in good shape and the pace was better than most in this area which was very nice. Perhaps the starter being on top of his job was the reason for the pace, but this was one of those starters who thought he was the sheriff in town type of guy. He approached my partner practically forcing his iPad in my partners face to show him he had our tee time at 12:20 and not 12::30. I made the tee time and communicated to my partner that it was 12:30. I said I have a confirmation e-mail maybe I made a mistake. I went in the clubhouse checked in and confirmed the time with the folks inside and as my confirmation said it was indeed 12:30. Not sure where his mix up was and he was upset that the info he had was wrong when I confirmed the time inside. Either way it was just not a pleasant interaction in the beginning. After that mix up was resolved our round was issue free and enjoyable.

The Sanctuary in North Canton is a well maintained course with a very nice lay out. There are enough twist and turns and a few hills that make it challenging. Great Place to play!

The last four holes took: 1hr and 14 min to play.
Seemed like nobody was fixing their ball marks.
The turf quality and course design are an A- on the grading scale with just a few back and forth holes on
the entire course. Overall a good experience but god awful slow and no ranger to tell people to keep up with the group in front of them.

First time playing this course. Staff were very nice. The starter gave us some tips and guidance to the course having never played it. We were first group out playing from the silver tees and we were done in just about 3 hrs. First time the back nine was open in days from all the rain this area has gotten recently. All things considered course was in great shape! We will be back for sure! Really enjoyed it!

Issue with tee time

When we arrived for our teatime the course had closed because of water. We had made the teatime just 15 minutes before. Evidently, the course allows golf pass to make teetimes even when they are closed. The lady at the golf course was very nice but basically said sorry about your luck.

We drove 5 miles to golf this course for the first time in many years. We were very disappointed by this experience

First of all, all support personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. Second, the course was in perfect condition and we had a great weather day. Tees. greens and greens were impeccable. My wife even commented how clean the restrooms were. A really enjoyable afternoon, even though we did not play so well.

I must play it is absolutely great condition the greens are super fast in the course layout is spectacular

The course is worth the money, Dixey the manager goes out of her way to make people happy and comming back. Staff will give u discounts that u dont even have to ask about. Example: military discount of half off golf and cart. THEY KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE.
