Located in Ft. Lupton, Coyote Creek Golf Course offers 6,412 yards of golf from its longest tees with a par of 71. Matt Eccles designed the course, which features several par-5 holes. The course is challenging but it is not so intense as to be off-putting to beginning, intermediate, or high handicap golfers. The course is well-bunkered with a few doglegs. Water hazards also come into play on a few holes. The well-maintained course has amazing views of the Rocky Mountains. Its quiet location guarantees a serene environment for golf and it is usually not very busy, making Coyote Creek Golf Course a popular choice for those who are fed up with crowded courses and having to make reservations far in advance.

Good course, windy! conditions, still playable
This is a good place to play on a weekend. There are tee times, and the prices are reasonable. We picked a windy day, which significantly added difficulty, It made for 300y drives downwind and 200 y drives into the wind. The sideway winds on #3 and #13 make for challenging adjustments, kersplash! The course is in pretty darn good condition for November. The fairways are healthy. The greens putted pretty darn well, too! The folks here are always so friendly. It's a great place to play.

I think this course is definitely playable. There's not a lot of unplayable areas on the course. The fairways and greens are in good condition. I drove up from Castle Rock because the price was right and because I enjoy playing the course. I would recommend it to anyone.

Great Value
The course is easy to walk and the greens are in great shape. The staff is very friendly and it’s a fun course to play. It’s a great value for your money.
Staff would not provide individual cart.as all courses have done during Covid19. They wanted to charge extra after already paying on line. There were plenty of carts and it was not crowded. Being older they should have accommodated. Not worth the drive to deal with rude people in the clubhouse.
Fun links style course
Coyote Creek is a simple and straight-forward golfing experience, forgoing a large club area but delivering in course quality. The staff is friendly and the prices are good. I am new to golf and a high-handicapper, but I wouldn't consider the course overly challenging. I met people of all abilities while playing though so it doesn't appear too tame for skilled players either.
I can definitely recommend playing a round here and would like to thank the staff and the establishment for a good experience.
