Todd Creek Golf Club
About
Arthur Hills designed the 18-hole golf course at the semi-private Todd Creek Golf Club (previously known as Heritage Todd Creek Golf Club). Opened in 2007, the golf course is 7,435 yards from its championship tees. Nestled near the Rocky Mountains, Hills used the natural landscape to create an exceptional course. Native grasses and wetlands make up the course's rolling terrain, which undergoes several changes in elevation. A creek also creates water hazards on the course while adding to the peaceful atmosphere. Undulating fairways and strategically placed bunkers also add interest to Todd Creek Golf Club. Golfers can enjoy spectacular views of the Rockies while playing this challenging, but fun course.

Pin flags are wind socks.... blowin' in the wind. Photo submitted by Sam Sherstad on 07/24/2013
A chilly & windy round figured out...
Finally, after a half dozen rounds here over the past few seasons, I think I've figured this golf course out. It's great to hit fairways and greens but there are several holes where your approach angle into the green is much better if you're in the first cut of rough and today, those deliberate drives proved out. Two of my three birdies were setup from solid drives that went into the first cut of rough, leaving me a much better (flatter) approach shot angle to each green. Example, holes#6 and #12, pictured. These two greens feature drastic front edge of green false fronts and drop-offs so if you're hitting into these front pin placements from any other angle, your chances of getting your approach shots close to the hole are very small. I left myself straight up-and-down basic and short yardages that enabled me to hit stock gap wedges into both greens and I had tap-ins for birdie on both! Cheers!
Good time
Had a good time everything was great.we played with people we didn’t know and pace of play was really slow. Other than that great.
So cold... just think hot...
Just 43º to start and upper forties for the first 12-13 holes but finally, it warmed up. The 8½ inches of snow three days earlier really helped to soften up the course. Great layout to this community surrounded golf course. Long Par-4 holes, challenging Par 3's and long but accessible Par 5's make this course tough to score on but sometimes, things line up just right... On video, I called out my 3rd shot on the Par5 8th hole for the college guys in my group and then I Eagled the hole from 80 yards out! Cheers!
Course needs a bit of love
Todd Creek is a great track but it’s quality has definitely slipped over time.
Nice course
Todd Creek golf course is a nice with many sets of tees so that golfers of all levels can enjoy. The rough was wispy enough that you could actually find and play your ball when it’s off line. Pace of play was BAD!!! Not much that the ranger did to help speed things up.
Ranger is completely out of line!
During an event today, a ranger followed and harassed our group nagging we were 2 holes behind. We were waiting on every hole for the group in front of us. He came back and said it again extremely rude, here’s the best part…. The hole behind us was completely empty. Time to retrain your rangers. Worst experience in my 28 years of golfing. I will tell everyone at my company to NEVER golf there.
Used to be a good course
Played Todd 3-4 times; first time back in about 7 years. Course conditions have deteriorated a lot. Shouldn't see foot tall weeds in the middle of the tee box; most tees were pretty rough. Fairways and greens were generally good, however many areas either bare or under repair (black stakes and new sod on a green). What screamed at me tho was a message that pops up on the cart screen that advises the first nine should be completed in two hours. Teed off on Sunday at 2:15pm - completed the round exactly at 7:15pm. We were two groups behind a foursome that had two open holes most of the day. No marshal on the course, so alerted staff via the "send message" on the cart screen. Silence. Another bizarre thing I've never seen . . .cart girl doesn't make rounds on the course; they have her set up in a permanent spot next to the restroom on the front side. . .nothing on the back. Thanks for the service.
Really Enjoyed
My wife and I played 9 holes on a late afternoon. Course was not crowded and in fairly good condition given all of the rain in the past few weeks.
