Dog poo

Overpriced go to any other course for half the price. If you gonna charge that much at least make it worth it.

Game ruined by slow play

Given we were paying $180 the least they culd do is to have a course marshall to keep the pace of play up. We waited on every hole.

Lack of value

Good course, however nowhere near the value for the price it cost. Was almost $100 for 9 holes, $40 for club hire (which were poor clubs and missing clubs in set). Could have hired premium clubs but this was ~$75 for 9 holes!!

For this price I would expect way more. Greens were pocked and not in the best condition either.

Great to get a chance to play a high level course, but there is no way it would still be top 100 the condition it was when I played.

Flight Path Fun

Yorkeys is right under the Cairns Airport flight path

Its a beauty with a tight & interesting layout

Typically lush Qld grass & croc signs everywhere

Busyish with its proximity to Cairns

Would strongly recommend a post game bevy at the Yacht Club overlooking the Marina which abuts the rear of the course

Tropical

This course is ranked the highest in FNQ

It lacks the charm of Yorkey's Knob & is a fairly flat site

Perhaps a comparison to Waterford Valley for any Melbournians.

Overpriced but whipped around in a cart in the late arvo

Definitely warrants a hit if your staying in the area
