About
Colts Neck Golf Club is one of central New Jersey's most popular courses. The diverse course offers everything from Scottish-style bunkers to sparkling lakes. Tall golden fescue rough borders the fairways and the greens are large and undulating. The course is seemingly short at only 6,236 yards but it shouldn't be taken lightly. It's much more challenging than it appears. The layout finishes with two of its toughest holes. The 17th has a tough green fiercely guarded by out-of-bounds and the course saved the most difficult hole for last. This par 3 will test even the most seasoned golfers. In addition to the golf course, Colts Neck also has a 25-station driving range that stays open late. It's a great spot for getting in some practice after work.

Nice course no gps for the money
Nice little track , no gps for 100 bucks!! course is poorly marked. Maybe they assume everyone has a device . Greens fast and nice . Bunkers inconsistent some sand others hard pan . I’m not that good anyway . Beautiful area nice course to enjoy a friendly non competitive round .
Colts Neck Proshop Staff A++
I had to call the pro shop because there were no cups at a cooler on the course, it was hot and we needed water.. they were out there before we left the hole.
I also had to call the proshop for a bag of ice for an injury (tripped over a clup and banged the knee pretty good), they came right out with it.
Aside from the course being in great shape, the proshop was very attentive!! Thank you
Sabotaged by Starter
Beautiful day and fun course marred by incompetent Starter and selfish Member Group . Starter let Member group scheduled for 3:30 tee-off at 1:04 because they didn't think they should have to abide by the tee sheet. There was a 1:00 and a 1:08 and they kept to the schedule so this backed up the entire course for the rest of the afternoon. Waited at every Tee Box and for every approach shot. An 8 minute interval is rough enough on a busy Sunday, let-alone a 4 minute interval all because somebody didn't feel like waiting. Had 5 groups bunched-up between 6, 7, and 8.
Top notch
Second time playing the course.
Some of the bunkers were hard others muddy.
But it rained in the morning So I guess that’s to be expected.
Since this is one of the higher priced courses we play in the state, complimentary range balls would be nice.
Just a suggestion.
Great shape
The course is in beautiful shape and caught it on a cloudy day so play was light and pace was good. . Still 2 temp tees but it's so nice now hard to complain.
Course is in good condition
The layout of the course is very nice and the greens are fantastic
Fun Track
Staff was excellent.
Course was fun but very short.
Holes can back up due to the short yardage.
Would play it again but not at the high rate.
Repair your ball marks
People playing this course need to learn how to repair their ball marks on the greens...every green had dozens of them. Not the course's fault, but it was like putting through a minefield. Other than that, course was in very good condition, it will be even better when the two tee boxes under repair are back in use. Always enjoy playing Colts Neck, I'll be back.
My fav in Jersey
Close to home and beautiful. Always in good shape. Pace of play a tad slow Saturday but still great day. 10/10 course.

Two holes have temporary tees. This should be disclosed prior to booking and reflected in the price.
