I have been golfing here for years since it opened and have always enjoyed the layout and reasonable twilight rates but the conditions have progressively gotten worse over the past few years as well as the staff who are rude an unhelpful. They continually overbook tee times leading to 5-6 hour rounds on weekends and have no ranger out facilitating pace of play. It’s clear they’ve put more money into their clubhouse than their course over these past few years and it’s deteriorating conditions show it.

It’s the closest course to my home and as someone who generally works until 5 I enjoyed that I could quickly get to the course and get at least 9 in after work. I recently went online to book a late in the day tee time and found out that they are now charging $100 rounds to golfers under 40yrs old….. reserving the usual $32 rate for “advanced senior” rate. I’ve never seen a course discriminate in such an egregious and aggressive way. I called and asked what the deal was as this had to be a mistake and they claim that the owner believes people under 40 are ruining the course, the person I spoke about it with was matter of fact and had no hesitation in telling me this. I’m 28 have been golfing my whole life and respect and take care of the course. To blame their garbage conditions and mismanagement of the course on ALL golfers under 40 is ridiculous. There are plenty of other courses to play in the area that would never try something like this. Ownership is out of their minds thinking this is ok to shun a huge age group charging triple the rates. This act along with several other instances that have happened over their downhill slide over the past few years while they’ve dumped their money into their clubhouse instead of the course make me not want to golf here anymore, not sure who they think they are. They truly believe that their awful course conditions are caused by all golfers under 40 and not from their lack of investment in their grounds. I don’t want to give an owner who treats a huge portion of their customer base this way any business with the other better options close by. Dande Farms(DFCC) is a prime example of a course that under new ownership and investment in their grounds/conditions can turn a course around in a few years I will gladly give them my business.

Greens runnin fast , pace of play great , our starter very very friendly !

Off course amenities are ZERO. used to have a small kitchen with burgers dogs beer etc. Now nothing except for a few lame snack options and non alcoholic drinks. Be advised. Bring your own.

I used to love coming here when I was younger. As the years have gone on the maintenance for what you pay isn’t as good as it should and used to be. I had 2 first time golfers with me and on the 9th hole we were getting asked to rush through the rest of our playing time. It was very obvious as well. We all paid the same amount of money as everyone else to play. No need to ask us to rush our playing time. We will not be coming here for a very long time or for a while at least, disappointed of a lot of things. Getting asked to rush topped it off. Especially when the boss at the time couldn’t say anything to us and had to send someone else out to talk to us about it.

The course is improving the fairways are a lot better then they were, my only problems were the bunkers, it look more like gravel then sandeverytime you hit from them

Played this course for the first time yesterday, the initial impression was poor as there are only 15 parking spots and all the buildings are closed and locked off. Not being able to drive carts to the car is a joke. The course is in very rough shape. There is really no general upkeep and the cart path is a very bumpy experience. I could tell on hole 1 that we had overpaid for the thong of gold and we could get much better value going to most other courses around the area. The cart GPS was often many yards off and was not properly calibrated to give accurate distances. They have us a coupon to come back but unfortunately that won’t help. I had high expectations for a club called the “Buffalo Tournament Club” but was very disappointed with the general upkeep and condition of the course for the cost.

I have always liked playing this course. Hopefully the amenities are opened soon like the halfway house and dining. Starter was friendly and got us out a bit early. The layout is challenging and they have large greens that can be up to a 3-club difference. They have multiple tees as well. I think they need to work on the upkeep a but - tee boxes need broken tee holders and some tee markers were missing. It would be nice to have a ranger or beverage cart as well. Overall, it is a great place to play.

This place could be better with small changes. The game play is slow because they stack the tee box Always. People are always playing on top of eachother. Tee times are 30 seconds apart

9 hole options are not available in the evening. It could be 6pm or later and they want to charge full price for 18 holes that you won't be able to play.

Can't drive golf cart to your car, thats really a joke. Grow up

Began early(7:30AM) to avoid crowd. Front nine went well, then the back nine slowed down. Apparently a group decided to start their round on 10, just ahead of us and caused a considerable slowed down. I believe if there was a starter or Marshall we would have completed our round in 3 hours instead of the 4 hours it took.

It was a little pricey for the course. Limited beverage service only available at the club house and the rough had a lot of weeds which made it difficult at times to find your ball.

Pace.was.great until a twosome jumped ahead of us on 10 in front of a staff member. Not sure if they were told to play the back nine or not.

Also, you can't take the cart to your car so plan on carrying your bag from the parking lot.

I really like the layout of the course and the rates are very reasonable BUT the course is becoming very run down, beat up and messy. First of all there needs to be a starter! The garbage's need to be emptied, (there is garbage all over the place and most garbage cans are full). Some of the tee boxes only had one tee marker and a couple had golf ball boxes with tees stuck through them as tee markers. The ball washers should also be put back out, other courses have them. The course was in pretty good shape but could be taken care of much better. The greens are starting to get pretty beat up.

For the price you can play tons of other course in WNY with better conditions. This looked like an unkept town course.

If you like getting drunk and having fun for a reasonable price this is the course for you. Nothing about it is high end. Nothing is super pristine but it’s all decent and a good layout to play a round of golf!

The only thing id ask for is a better pace of play could just be a bunch of groups together and not the courses fault but also the cart paths are in very rough shape i know theyre working on that this year but my god are some of them bad

Can be very challenging or very friendly depending on the tees. the course conditions have always been questionable, great greens, but fairways are thin ,the rough is spares and inconsistent ,and the bunkers are less than great.some TLC would make this one of my favorites.

I thought the course was in decent shape. Greens were surprisingly quick. Tee boxes need work. Also cartpath is in terrible condition. You need to fill in all the holes and pack it down. I know it’s expensive to blacktop it but maybe you could put stones in or something, All in all not a bad course for the money. I would go back again.

It looks like they are seeing the light regarding the tall rough in front of many of their greens. They have finally cut those areas down so it is now possible to get your ball to the green even if you are a bit short on your approach shot. Makes the round a lot more enjoyable and keeps play moving. It's been many many years of frustration but they have finally made that one change that makes all the difference.
