Lucky early season round
I was fortunate enough to play this course before it’s busy season so there was virtually no one else on the course. The grounds crew was obviously doing all their early season work so the greens where sanded and punched. With that said the front nine was in tip top condition, the back nine a little less so. The layout was very stimulating, there wasn’t a boring hole on the course. Really loved the split fairways on a couple holes as the easy 1st shot made the 2nd more challenging. The fairways where pretty wide open, this is definitely a second shot course. Excited to come back and play when the greens and the course are at their peak season glory. I think the course is around 7000 ft in elevation so even in mid May it still needs a little time to spruce up
