Hole 3, par-4, 375 yards: Water and trees are not the main hazards at TalonsCove, but holes like the third are still tricky and challenging; it requires careful play for a par. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 10/10/2025

I Recommend This Course
Tourney right before us
Our tee time got pushed back because the tourney hadn't finished yet. They ran outta food when we made the turn so wasn't able to get any food at "dinner" time, so had to settle for a powerbar and live for the back 9. The course was pretty tough. tight fairways, hazards in typical landing zones. but weather was amazing and staff was pretty nice.

Sand traps
Course is beautiful with lots of bunkers but the bunkers need a lot more sand. I enjoyed the course and will play again. All other course features are excellent.

Talons Cove is a very nice golf course to play. The views are second to none. Course is in great shape.
I wish the greens rolled with a faster pace.

Great views of the lake!
This course was in great shape. The pace of play was excellent! The only down side is that it is an hours drive from where I live. I would recomend this course to any one who wants a change of pace from the average courses in the SaltLake Valley.

My favorite course in Utah valley
Extremely fun course. Has a variety of different type of holes which require different approaches to the hole. Course is in beautiful condition and has some of the best views around. Head to head I'd choose Talons Cove over Thanksgiving point any day.
