Short course with narrow fairways ok for experienced golfer not good for beginners as the houses are to close to the fairways

Solid course, great price. Challenging layout but not over the top. Better than most Denver muni’s

Nice layout, very open, would definitely play again. My only issue was the greens were extremely slow.

Certainly not a $85 course poor condition on allot of fairways although greens were great rolled true and fast. We were behind a 4 some that appeared to have brand new players wich is fine except they all didn't have clubs so they were sharing this made things very slow. We finished our round and wanted to relax and have dinner the host sat us outside about 15 min later I had to go ask if there was someone coming out to help us . Overall I was disappointed.

We really enjoyed Todd Creek, and thought the course was in great shape. There were some rough spots, but I’m told the course isn’t very old. The staff was exceptionally friendly throughout. That doesn’t happen by accident. We were charged the full “holiday” rate, even being the Friday before the Memorial Day weekend, which seemed a bit punitive. The traps were worked and the greens were fast. A great time!

After the PGA tournament, course conditions have moderated. The primary issue is sand traps. Some are good, but many are reverting to the former condition of hard pan. The grass around traps is too long and thick for older golfers. The toilet situation is still despicable. Golf LLC has chosen not to do anything about the ridiculous portable potties.

This course is very fair but you can make it as tough as you want with back tees nearly 7500

Friendly Pro shop staff, greens are fast, conditions were good. Would recommend to anyone. Pace for us was nice, not busy at the time!

Played a 18 hole for my birthday and felt rushed even though the group in front of us were really slow. The drink cart didn’t show until we were on our last hole. No luck getting the restaurant to answer the phone to order food or drinks .won’t be playing this course again

From a layout perspective, Todd Creek is outstanding. Lots of interesting holes and a challenge with many sets of tees.

However, the pace of play is an issue and always has been. We played in just under 5 hours, which is silly, even for a Friday. We saw precisely ZERO marshals keeping things moving, which included 4 groups on 10, where it always backs up.

On top of this, there is a geofence issue on 13 behind the green where the cart will stop you ON THE CART PATH. This needs to be fixed as we had to back out into the rough, around the spot. Only then would the cart allow us to proceed. Easy fix.

Love the track, the staff is nice but we are very reluctant to go back due to the 5 hour round pace that seems to be common.

Round + cart + small bucket = $92. Fairways were somewhat patchy, no Marshall to discourage slow play, golf shop staff seemed to be inconvenienced any time a patron would conduct a transaction and no beverage cart. I would pay $65 and not $92. It's not a surprise to still have openings for a 4-some only a few days until the weekend.

This is a nice course with very friendly staff. Th front nine is easier than the back nine. They built this beautiful community and did not build any restrooms. Only Portapotties. Unacceptable! A resident said that Lennar offered to donate land, but the golf course does not want to spend the money. We will not be returning.

We didn't see anyone on the front, they we finally saw someone on the back, 2 hours later, and the gal said nobody had purchased anything on the back, sooooo hummm.. And don't even think about stopping at the turn to grab a hotdog unless it's called in!

Everything about playing at Todd Creek is great, except the lack of bathrooms. I play with guys mostly, but even they complain about the lack of bathrooms. My wife will never play when the only facilities are port-a-pots.

The course was in early season condition, which was expected. Some bunker sand was soft, in others it was like cement. The experience was, unfortunately, similar to what has been happening everywhere since the start of the pandemic. Pace of play was terrible! People ahead with blaring music, playing from the back tees when they obviously should not be - it was obvious that had no golf etiquette. We have started terming these people “pandemic players”, those people who don’t know how to play golf, don’t know the rules, and don’t care about anyone else on the course. I think it is time for the golf staff at courses to start marshaling again, so the experience for everyone is good, not just the partiers out there hacking their way around.
