Beautiful course. Very hard

Course conditions weren’t as good as they used to be. Lots of areas of ground under repair.

$55 for a round of golf here. Please do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money. While the layout here is beautiful, the maintenance, pace of play, patrons and staff all make this experience lackluster, annoying and ultimately resentful. The greens are some of the slowest rolling in Ohio, the sandtraps have grass growing in them like weeds do an abandoned course. I was astonished how poorly this course was taken care of. You can go two minutes down the road and play Mill Creek North or South which both blow this place out of the water (especially because it’s half the price). Lastly (from personal experience) I played 9 holes in 3 hours… an hour behind USGA pace of play. I went to the Pro Shop at the turn and asked for a rain check for the back 9 seeing as no ranger made any effort to drive around and keep patrons moving at a decent pace of play, no patrons would let a solo play through their group or 4 and the rudeness by the “golf pro” who dressed like a slob and personal hygiene could be addressed. I’m not judging… to each their own but if you’re a public figure and present yourself like this on a busy day then it makes sense why the course is so awful. This management is milking the cow and slowly but surely killing the course. For $55 it’s better for ANY GOLFER to drive to Akron and play turkey foot or cleveland for Fowlers Mill.

KENNSINGTON has never been in better shape then it is right. Greens are beautiful and as fast as they have ever been, fairways are perfect. Sand traps are plentiful but could be better maintained. While cart paths are still mostly in good shape about 20 % could use some work on them. Today one of the cart tenders had a cart to my car before I had my trunk open. I was so surprised he was gone before I could give him a tip.i won’t miss the tip next time.

I know it’s early in the season but no food was available everything was closed and unfortunately it was cart path only bc of the rain. Other than that very nice course.

Great layout and was in good condition for this early in the year. Range was open but they need new balls.

Very cold day and was not disappointed as usual. Course was in great shape. Good to be back again. Great customer service and food at the Grill afterwards. Thank you!

Very fine course that has interesting holes and is in good condition. Pace of play was great and excellent value!

Please ignore my last post, this course is amazing and is one of my favorite courses in Ohio. That post was meant for a different course and could not be retracted after submitting incorrectly.

This is a really unique gem of a course. You can play from different tee boxes which drastically changes the course layout.

The course is well maintained and it has nice scenic views.

The course even has guys running carts out to you as you park.

I was only was able to play 9 holes of my scheduled 18. The course tried to call and cancel and hour and half before my tee-time but they called my home# so we ended up showing up as normal. It was a mess but they agree to let us try and play 9 holes so the drive wasn't a complete waste.

My group and I played from the back tee boxes (blue) which were overgrown with grass. I use a 3 1/4 in. tee and the grass was level with my tee with my ball just being above the overgrown grass.

The fairways were patchy and the grass around and the sand in the bunkers were not maintained.

The positives, the greens were in good shape and were putting fast for the round and the food inside the clubhouse was excellent.

I would not recommend this course. The pictures do not represent the current state of todays course.

Just the best layout … a beautiful day and played well on the front in less than 2 hours … hit 11 and a SUPER slow foresome … had 3 groups waiting on them on 14… it was just a brutally slow finish .

Oh for a Ranger Rick sighting but didn’t happen .

3 hour back 9 … It was still Kensington. Great dinner night cap on the patio. If it were only the beginning of the season but a great round to end it …if you’ve not played here you’re missing it ….

Absolutely a great lay out tee to green. Very pretty golf course. Unfortunately, they must not have the cash flow to keep up. Fairways are in horrible shape. Lots of mud in fairways. It’s a shame. Layout is great condition is awful.
