About
Westchester Golf Course is known for its playability, which is further enhanced by five sets of tees that accommodate all skill levels. There are six lakes throughout the course and numerous waste areas filled with wildflowers and native grasses but sand is a more prominent element of the design. There are more than 75 bunkers treacherously lurking beside the greens and fairways. Golfers who manage to avoid the bunkers will find that a good score can definitely be attained thanks to generously sized fairways and only mild undulation in the greens. Although it is seemingly difficult, the layout is more approachable than it looks although it does require straight, accurate shots and a bit of strategy. In addition to the course, Westchester G.C. also offers an expansive practice range and putting green.

Course was in great shape greens were fast but fair. Was a threesome but could not get past the slow foursome

Wonderful course with enough challenging holes to make a great round of golf
Nice course
Very nice course but call course before you book it was a 6 hour round they had a morning outing and also an afternoon outing scramble of course morning scramble ran behind
Best course I’ve played this summer.
Tees off 30 min past our tee time due to an outing running behind. Greens provided smooth/true rolls, fairways were some of the best we’ve played this year. Facilities were nice, great course layout as well. Staff was friendly, will return to this course in the future.

6.20 pm tee time and when I arrived at 5:50 I was told an outing was jamming the course and there would be a significant delay making the 18 holes impossible.
Fun layout, good conditions.
I’ve played this course a handful of times. It’s a fun layout and the staff is generally very pleasant. We flew through the front in about an hour and 45 minutes only waiting on the first hole. Unfortunately, by the time we made it to the back they were sending a league off the front and all other play was starting on the back so we ended up behind a very slow threesome that did not let us play through. We also had someone hit into us on the 10th.
Great course
Played here for the first time today and was very pleased. It was raining right before my round and the course was still in excellent condition. I will be back!
Awesome Course!!
I enjoy this course, specifically during a "hot deal". I love the challenges this course has to offer, while open enough for the intermediate players to score low in some holes. The pace of play is always steady. I played with a foursome and finshed within 2.5hrs. Staff is always friendly. I will continue to play here again and again!! By the way, love the "hot deals", keep them coming....
Not what it used to be
I used to really enjoy playing this course but they've let it slide this year. It's clear that they are not putting in enough effort into maintaining the course to keep up with the amount of play they are getting. Hopefully it gets better soon.
Great Saturday Morning
Easy to get to off of Rt 33. Parking lot is close to the clubhouse. Golf carts were clean and well-maintained. Driving range had balls available for free and the range is conveniently located near the first tee. This makes a lot of sense. Greens were in good shape other than number 11 which is recovering from a year ago. Fairways are wide and well-maintained. Links-type grass is high and thick but usually there is a buffer of rough before reaching the high grass. We played the white tees and the course plays shorter than the yardage on the scorecard. There are several forced carries on the tee shot as well as shots to the green.

Always enjoy playing here. Good warm-up areas. Front nine much easier than the back. Not a good walking course.
Greens pretty straight forward; read the break and cut it in half - more or less.
Westchester Rocks
Great course that I had never heard about until two weeks ago. Conditions of awesome this time of year so that was no problem and i was lucky enough to play it twice before the “summer rates” hit which is why I have it rated very high on the value for the money. $27 to ride 18 is a phenomenal deal for this course. Very fair, yet tough track with plenty of scoreable par 4’s and 5’s which make for an exciting amateur round! Even after all the rain we had gotten all week, the staff had the course in plenty good enough shape to get a solid round in! I was very impressed. ! Staff was excellent and super friendly and the facilities are great.
