At 7,201 yards, Coyote Golf Club in New Hudson has a layout that will appeal to long hitters. The course requires more than just the ability to hit long drives, though, with abundant water features and numerous strategically placed bunkers. Accuracy and creative shot-making are necessary to successfully maneuver the variety of hazards. Coyote's back nine is more open than the densely forested front nine, but it plays longer. The hole finishes with a memorable par 5. This hole presents an interesting risk-reward opportunity with marshland that runs diagonally towards the triple-tiered green, which is also sloped from back to front. The level of quality displayed by the challenging design is also apparent in the immaculate conditions. It has a longstanding reputation for being one of southeastern Michigan's best-conditioned golf courses.

Too bad they are closing down but they are letting the course go and would NOT recommend playing. That place is rotting
Beautiful Fairways and Greens
The course's fairway and green conditions are top-notched. Loved the layout and I found it very challenging. If you miss your shot, you can run into a ton of variation that tests your skill set. I really look forward to returning.
Not worth the money
First time playing the course and was very disappointed when I walked into the clubhouse and felt like I was bothering them people in the pro shop. Also, the condition of the clubhouse was very shabby and the bathroom was disgusting.
The course was fine with the fairway and greens kept up but the bunkers were hard as rock and didn’t look maintained all year. The only nice people were the cart girl and the lady behind the bar.
This course is not recommended due to the price and friendliness of the staff. Way overpriced for what you get.
Great Course - Challenging
Great course, very challenging. Shot placement is critical, beautiful fall scenery.
Rough shape
Tee boxes and greens are beat to hel! Good for practice but good luck putting. Not very many like to fix their divots, the grave on the front 9 speaks nothing but the truth!

Great layout/poorly maintained
Great layout to this course! You get some really good up north feelings of how some of the holes are laid out. Was very disappointed to see the pre round driving range look like a fairway bunker upon arrival. Should have looked prior to paying for a bucket of balls. I was anticipating the course to be in equal shape but was pleasantly surprised. Only a few of the tee boxes were chewed up and the divot marks on the greens are no fault to the grounds crew
