The Greens were very good!

Love playing this course. Nothing like hitting off zoysia grass. Seems they are replacing fairway bunkers with grass bunkers. Most likely they will be complete in a few months.

disappointing, played there in Feb and they were starting to fill in ALL fairway sand bunkers with dirt, their plan was to have all bunkers filled in and grass growing

in the Spring before the summer heat. They filled the bunkers with big rocks and dirt. A poor effort to level the dirt was made and no grass seeds and or sod was planted. The only thing growing in the bunkers is 3 ft weeds because you can't mow the bunkers. 14 or 15 holes look like cra* from the tee boxes, you can play them as ground under repair and get around the course but why bother....

I play this course every year when my family visits the nearby Frio river and it never disappoints. Well this year was no different! The greens were absolutely perfect, a little on the slower side, but very true. The course is very challenging, this was the first time I've played from the tips but if you can keep your shots straight forward then you'll be fine.

Overall I would recommend this course to anyone visiting the area. I just wish I was able to play it more than once each year we go.

The course was in good shape. The area had experienced some recent heavy rains, but the course had drained very well. The greens were in great shape, however, the fairway bunkers lacked. The pace of play was excellent, but you need to book early. Overall, the course has some challenging holes even for the more experienced golfer.

I will definitely be back.

Its a little out of the way , but its worth it. green are great. alittle long. keep it in fairway you'll be ok.

Course was in reasonable shape except for most sand traps. Played as ground under repair due to large rocks etc instead of sand.
